Koe was the best squad early in the week and Howard the best in the second half. Glenn has played with some real confidence and with a pretty terrific track record against Koe, must be pretty happy where he sits.
Koe has struggled in the second half of the week, but when you have a third that is suffering from the flu that doesn't help matters. I always get surprsied by how much Koe involves his team in their strategy, which you don't see that very often. It might be part of the reason, I like him, as he doesn't seem to have your typical Skip Ego attached to him.
I have a future on Alberta, so I will let that ride into tonight. I think Alberta needs to play in the high 80's percentage wise, to have a chance. This Howard team is missing very little right now and should win the Brier. There is just something though, about the amount of finals that Howard has lost, that would concern me if he has to hit the button for the win.
As for the total, well Pinny has it at 130, so I guess you have to like the under, . It is to be set at 12.5 and is juiced to the under. If you like Ontario, I think you have to play the under, if you like Alberta then I would lean to the over.
These playoffs have more than made up for the Scotties, so I have played a small wager on the over in the hopes that Koe keeps this baby close, which I think he will. Should be a very entertaining game to watch.

Title game tonight. Some random thoughts to it.

I can't argue with anything you have said. I think if AB wants to win, they need to make almost every shot. Howard is not going to gift wrap them a 4-spot like MB did last night.
I'm going to let my future ride and cheer for my buddy Nolan. Should be a close one.
No opinion on the total.

Tip my hat to the Howard squad, for a well deserving win. Tip my hat even more for Koe's spectacular shot on his first one in ten, giving us a shot and eventual win on the over.
Ladies Worlds start later this week, last year gave most of my Brier profits back on the Worlds'...won't make the same mistake twice.
