The only way the NY-Philly line is not more than 7 is if there is doubt that Hurts plays.

Hurts played last week against NYG, he was 20-35 with a INT and didn't run much

Yup eagles played a pretty vanilla game last week vs giants, didnt call many QB runs, whether that to hide looks or protect hurts or a combo of both

 you're right, Hurts did play.  I got confused with Jones not playing in the last Giants/Eagles game.  

Their first game this season, when Philly blew them out, the spread was 7.5

This last one was such a high spread because nobody expected the giants to play everyone.

Really missing the big play guys.  

Having said that...........Huntley actually looks decent passing.......and on multiple plays he had multiple receivers open.  The Ravens can exploit Cincy if they can play some slick poker, but Harbaugh just seems so conservative to me.  

Still, Bengals open everywhere.  The Bengals run what I wish the Raiders would run.  Their WRs almost always look like they're on option routes.  Even on the TD it looked like Chase had free choice of when to stop his route, and he settled in when he saw the LB/S drift up to cover the top pattern.  

If the Bengals can play clean, I think the Ravens can keep it respectably close, if Harbaugh opens it up a bit.

This is the best description of the Ravens offense I have heard to date, thanks for that.
