Was good up until the Cardinals game. Montez Sweat didn't play. Fwiw, LB T.J. Edwards held a players only meeting yesterday. If any unit bounces back on Sunday it will be the defense imo.
As for the offense don't count on the o line to improve, keep any eye on the injury report. Also DJ Moore seems disgruntled. Whether it's with Caleb Williams or OC Shane Waldron or both. He's put up incredible #'s his whole career until this season.
Fun Bears fact, the Bears have thrown the 2nd most screens in the nfl. Their completion % on screens is 77%, good for 2nd worst in the league.

Thanks for taking the time and BR great write ups don’t think I can do write ups like you guys can on every game so I do like Detroit and over shrimp and chargers I picked chargers on survivor pick was really thinking on giants this would be the best time to play them I think but had to go with chargers Tenn

@undermysac Ya I thought 6 was a crazy number but I guess the 4-0 home record is influencing that a bit.. Ne/chi and car/nyg were the 2 lines i thought seemed off
It looks like a crazy # initially doesn't it. But maybe it's not. The Patriots are by no means a good team.
As a matter of fact, if you look at the Bears remaining schedule, this could very well be their last win of the year. Their home/road splits are incredible. Jekyll & Hyde has nothing on the Bears in this department.
I can all ready see how it plays out, and the mainstream media, local radio, and square fans give me a pretty good taste year in year out.
After their b2b2b wins vs the Rams, Panthers and Getty's, everyone was on cloud 9. The staff, coaches and gm were geniuses in the fans eyes.
Then the Washington loss happened where the defense had their best game of the year. Waldron got some criticism for the o lineman handoff, and Fluss for the fail mary. Understandable.
But after the Cardinals loss, everyone wants to see heads rolling. People are making up nonsense like "the culture Eberflus has created is toxic". It's ridiculous. Chicago fans are terrible, they can never see 2 feet in front of them and everyone is the best Monday morning quarterback in town.
I mean 4-4 ain't so bad at this point in the season. A lot of teams would like to be .500 right now. Unfortunately for the Bears .500 in the nfc north isn't that great of a spot.
I betcha the Bears win this Sunday, and everyone will be back on the bandwagon. After that we fade em, shit gets real rough after this game.
