@sportschat More than half these games are being played in northern climates and yet not a single temperature below freezing. I'm concerned about TW's igloo. I remember what happened to Frosty the Snowman.

Such sketchy stuff last night. Kansas was -13/13.5 in the morning and closed at -6.5 at game time vs. UNLV. The Jayhawks won by exactly 13 despite incurring 18 penalties for 210 yards. I don't believe in the weekly fix, but I can agree with a fix theory on this one despite the fix falling through. The officials of that game should be investigated but of course it would probably backtrack to a special Vegas client with diplomatic immunity so it won't happen. That one just seemed too obvious for eyes to see.

That is incredible. Thanks for that summary

This Military Bowl between WVU and Tulane is outstanding. Torrential downpouring rain yet both teams making big plays one after another.
And most are on VT bc Tulane is depleted and not motivated but they look motivated to me. I like to go back to threads and reread them, highly entertaining.

Any thoughts in bama/mich fellas?? I don't watch any college but is bama not the better team playing in the tougher conference? Who just beat a really good Georgia team?
Is mich actually better as the linesmakers are inferring?

@undermysac Rams to -4.5 as well. Jones must be playing? Broncos benching russ for rest of season to protect themselves against his 35M injury guarantee for next year. Story on nfl.com
Yea fuck just saw the line now. I knew pros would be on the Giants. But this hard? Cmon.
Rams win convincingly but I guess that I won't bet more on them

@dubz4dummyz I’ve watched the Big 10 forever. It’s always hyperbole. Top SEC teams always beat the top Big Ten teams, it seems to me. Talent disparity that you really don’t realize until the teams square off.
I agree with this 100%. Plus I got another cool tidbit.
JJ Mccarthy in weeks 1-7 with Connor "Binoculars" Stalions on staff, 17 total td's. Last 5 weeks without him, 1 total TD.
Gimme Saban as an underdog all day long.

@undermysac Tyrod announced by Daboll...guess he's worth 2 points over devito if oddsmakers were assuming devito @Cranky_Hank That was my general assumption as well...plus Saban better coach than Harbaugh?
Well I assumed Tyrod for sure, from the get go. There was no way Dabol could go back to Devito.

Apparently Coach paid a "tribute" to the Gambino "family".
Oddsmakers made the Brownies a strong 7 point fave over the Jets tomorrow night and the line is now 7.5. Fool's gold to back the visiting Namaths I think. You may know my opinion of their OC by now. He'll have no answers for the Cleveland defense. I played under 17 for the 1H. The game total is down to 35 from 36. Like the old folks say bet the lowest total under and the highest total over.

I was dead wrong about the Russ to Broncos thingy. Chemistry is often overlooked when judging a team.

Not good when Sean Payton doesn't believe in you anymore. The Broncos keep believing they're just a player or two away from being a contender but this will be the 8th straight year they haven't even made the playoffs. They need a reset and Payton is smart enough to convey that to the powers that be.
What's Russ's trade value not even considering money? A 3rd or 4th rounder? He could help someone like the Titans, Steelers, or Falcons but that's all I can think of.
