funniest thing to me was that the lady who was my rep while getting the quote through Connect could kind of tell that I was leery. I kept asking questions, making sure the policy was the same, etc. And she laughed and said "You may not know this but I can see your policy", and "Don't worry, I hear this from people a lot"
She told me that companies like Geico are just basically betting that I won't take 20 minutes out of my day and get another policy. That they spend more money getting new customers than retention. Whatever......she saved me 5+ units.
Ok lets say you are a starter for a team that is playing a meaning less game and you have 3 hours before a 5 month vacation and you have the ways and means to do anything you choose during this time.You have just witnessed one of your brothers suffer a horrific incident on the field would your mind be totally focused on winning or just getting it over with.
