Getty, Jags center out again, and their backup kicker is questionable. Chark looks to be back
Haushka is the backup to the backup at kicker. I'll be out there warming up my leg tomorrow just in case.
Surprisingly Tyler Shatley in his 1 start at center last week graded out in the 70's (good) range last week and it was 2nd year RT Juwan Taylor who drew everybody's wrath. He has future Pro Bowl skills and should be better than that this week.
The Jaguars defense is not good but they've actually under achieved their talent level so far. This is a week against the worst OL in football to have a good game. Burrow has been getting creamed this year and as good and tough as he is, he may be going down for the count tomorrow.
I am on the Jagoffs moneyline and will neither be surprised if they win outright or lose by a bunch. But yes, Jax for me on Sunday.

The momentum killing offensive holding penalties have been nearly non existent this year. Meanwhile defensive pass interference calls are way up. Until that evens out, unders are bad news, which segue ways into :
Seadorks/Porpoises Under 54.5 Played that on Sunday night. Line quickly dropped to 53.5 but is probably going to close at 55. This is a dumb bet that I'm going to have to get very lucky to collect.
Jax +2.5/ML Another dumb bet on a bad team with a bad coach. The 10 days to prepare is normally an advantage, but doubtful Marrone will do anything with the extra prep time.
Indy/Chitown Over 43 I like the Colts a lot more than the Bears but I'm not ready to bet that the lucky leprechaun who has been following the Bears all year has gone back to Ireland just yet. I know both teams are a bit conservative, but my goodness this total seems to be off the mark with 2 veteran QBs and healthy offenses.
Have a Good Sunday.

I guess when I bet the Mia/Sea under last week I also played Indy/Chi under 45. This morning I soberly played the same game over 43. Only realized what I did last Sunday when I reviewed pending wagers. So I have unintentionally tried to middle the total on the Bears/Colts game. LMFAO !
Drinking is fun until you forget a few details of what you did.

good luck this week. since i have no idea what i'm doing, i'm going to bet some unders. i've never won an under in perhaps about 30 years of betting. Detroit +3 Miami +6 Buffalo -3 -120 Minnesota/Houston under 54 Detroit/NO under 54
98% of people don't know what they are doing either, and winning. So what's the secret to getting on the winning side? I'd flip a coin, but the damn coin shortage came at the worst time.

I took Washington +13 early last week, thinkin I was on to something but most likely not. Now that the line has moved to +14 I'm thinking to put a little on the ML, just because.

Tigger ur as clueless as ur sorry defense....Ravens put RG 3 in late and game was closer than it looked.. Tigger ur defense is one sorry bunch...Ravens might get 100.....Sorry asss bunch.....
Despite being winless so far, the Eagles could take sole possession of first place in the NFC Least with a win tonite.

in my post earlier about whether i was going to do this for this strange season, i mentioned that i was going to be tied up in october. i'll be out of town this weekend and possibly next weekend as well. i'm no more comfortable with the teams and what home field advantage means than i was in week one. hard for me to handicap that way. if i get a better feel for things over the next couple of weeks, i'll be back. if not, you guys can carry on without me and i'll check in.
