how do you block a members posts from showing?

like I get it, this fker named Fuse needs to wish every single thread made on these forums good luck even if there aren't picks posted. but how the hell am I supposed to differentiate from a new post written or a new comment on someone's thread and weave through all the bs? I just expect to see his comment there so he can rank up an enormous amount of posts and become the amazing legendary capper of covers one day
