You're pointlessly cherry picking. By and large new stadiums, new owners, moving, lead to playoffs and championships. They don't have to win them. The goal is rewarding the owners with revenue and prestige. 

Where did I say anything about them only winning championships? They go to one or have multiple playoff runs. You're just spinning contradictory circles.

What happened when Rams moved to st Louis? Went to two SBs. What happened when they moved to LA? 2 SBs. But yeah, just coincidence,right? 

The truth is you can't find as many examples of failure ,as I can of success for moving it building new stadiuns or changing ownership. It's all about money and has nothing to do with competition.

Cowboys went to 3  SBs as soon as they changed ownership , that's what got them the new stadium. You're arguing like a child who's only capable of black,white, 2 plus 2 thinking. You just take everything literally without ability to discern multiple factors and nuance.

They built their new stadium between 1999 and 2002. 

6 of 9 years before that, they made the playoffs ,while also having Barry Sanders. They milked all the money they could from the fans and then built the new stadium. They didn't need to win after that.

They suckered the fans enough.
