Since I last posted... The trend continued and what happens? The Lakers almost lose twice... Failing to cover the spread last night at home against Golden State.  Almost losing at home to a team that had a horrid .228 winning percentage on the road.
 
Good thing that one of the scrubs on the team was 8-11 from the field and 8-10 from the free throw line with 25 points 19 rebounds and 4 steals or the Lakers would've blew it. 
 
By the way... How does a guy go 46 minutes dominating the ball without an assist?

LOL... Outside of the Western Conference elite the Western conference is not much better than the East.  and last I checked, the west could pad their record against weak teams like the Hornets, Grizzlies, Trailblazers, the entire Pacific division, etc.

Vick's team is no where near as good as the Colts.  But I acknowledged before the game I hoped that the Colts would win it for DUNGY.  But you're right, I was wrong on that account... Just like you were wrong about the Mavericks last year in the NBA, the Cardinals MLB, the Tigers vs. the Yankees in MLB, Ohio State in the BCS bowl and countless other series.

3-2 SU doesnt compare to LA's (actual) 13-9 SU & 10-10-2 ATS record with Kobe & Walton but no Odom (I posted the wrong figures (late at night/sheet mix up - obvious when the ATS total of 26 games didnt add up to the SU total of 28 games. But when you're not interested in real figures anyway that slips by, eh). NOT 53%, its 59%. Close enough to 60%, a winning percentage all of 2 teams in the Eastern Conf have (or better) at this time (DET & CLE, while at the same time 5 Western teams have a winning % of 60% or more. For those among us who cant count, thats more than twice as many as the East has (and extends outside the elite trio of PHX, DAL & SAS. Or is your use of excusuing the Elite from the superior Conf assertion going to extend into multi digit amount of teams if necessary (should any more teams get their marks up to 60%+?). And all those other Western teams get extra contests against those 5 teams as what Eastern teams do vs their magnificent duo (The East actually has 2 whiole division without a team winning at least 60% of their games. I couldnt have begun to have an opinion on ANY college bowl game because I have no idea about it at all. I wouldnt know how many conferences there are, let alone who to bet at anytime. I simply dont care. I have my own national regional sports to interest my betting attention when the 4 major American ones hold nothing of appeal for me to bet on. In following on from this most basic of facts, it is quite contrary to the reality you assert that I took a position on the BCS Bowl game. Once again posters here can see the true nature of this joke of covers.

He loves to show some facts, such as what the Laker record was without Kobe during the past few yearsm which therefore meant the Lakers were better without Kobe, but when I post the fact that Miami is 11-3 without Wade this year, and Cleveland is 9-2 (3-0 this year) without Lebron, he runs for cover.  I think people are realizing the true fraud he is.

*My ESPN printed sheet had LA's 2nd game of the season at home vs GDS when I printed it in October of last year, hence my slight error. The subsequent observation still stands.
 
 
Westcoast, many a messageboard is witness to those who think their modicum of Xs & Os knowledge of a sport makes them the next coming of (in this case) Red Auerbach. Yet they can't (again in this instance) identify the influence a venue setting would have on a team minus its best player, and as a result misread the figures in play as meaning something they don't. Boggles the mind really. Of course LA is going to have a better record at home vs on the road when they're without Kobe. Another prime example that witnesses this fact is Seattle. 5-3 SU at home minus Ray Allen, 0-6 SU on the road without him. Teams cope better at home  than they do on the road sans their best player.

westcoast - making things up, cherry picking stats to suit his delusions, taking both sides of an argument with differnet posters at different times to *come out on top* (which he thought noone would notice [otherwise why do something so stupid, but I caught him out on]).
