Wagering throughout different sports on top plays that I have capped puts about 80% of my bankroll into play each day I wager. The key is to do your own research, trust it and bet it. Some people think that they can find value everyday in every matchup and that is the garbage that gets them in trouble.

You usually should have several bank rolls with different goals and objectives.Example: pretend my total bank roll is 100K (total betting money) , but I will split my total into 10 different bank rolls so each bank roll would be 10k's or however you want to split it. A goal for one bank roll could be to double the 10k in a week, therefore I would have to bet around 10% of that bank roll to meet that goal. Another bank roll can have a different goal to meet that objective. 99% of gambler does not go by a money % betting rule including myself. There are tons of people that bet big money out there, but who cares who bet what. Just bet within your limit and you'll be fine.
