Every San Diego Charger QB, no matter how good (think Fouts,Brees,Rivers,and now Herbert) will always be faced with trying to lead the team down the field in the final minute for a game tying or winning drive and fail. Every single F'ing time. The Curse that can't be broken. It's Chargers purgatory.
