Went from up 30k to ruining my life in a weekend gambling

The average gambler will lose well over 250 k in a lifetime of betting

Long story short, been there, cut wagers way down because my family means infinitely more than gambling to me

A gambler who starts betting at let’s say at 21..bets till lets say he’s 7O now that’s 39years of betting med bets 50 to 100 bets will lose about 1k per month on average..times 12 ..12k a year..times 39 years..468 k ..take off let’s say 150 k in winnings over that time. That’s 318 k..in losses…problem is no one tracks there record over years if betting

Ima be honest you need to learn money management everything we do is a sin and can be a addiction... You just have to be disciplined.. if you had 30k why place 10bets if you bet 500$ or eveen 1500$ you'll still have some type of money left!

Listen man, please listen closely, in this life time every day that you wake up is a blessing.

Every day you have choices.  What I’ve learned is it’s all about mentality.  Moving forward, do you want to have a winning or losing mentality.

Regardless of the amount of money you have lost, if you have family, friends, health, and your God given 5 senses, you can achieve anything you want moving forward.

Please consider what I am saying and choose to have a winners mentality.
