Regarding Bannon, I'd like to know how many times Judge Nichols has sentenced a defendant to a period of incarceration that is less than DOJ recommended. If he does this all the time, that's one thing. If this is the only time he's every done it (or one of the very few times) that's another.

If any of the rest of us were subpoenaed by Congress and refused to appear, we'd be thrown in jail.

No question whether it was worth prosecution. No stay pending appeal.

Mark Meadows is asking a South Carolina judge to deny the subpoena sought by the Fulton County DA to compel his testimony before the grand jury investigating efforts to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia.

We now have Meadows & Lady G refusing to come clean regarding their roles in Georgia.

A federal jury on Tuesday found the leader of the Oath Keepers, Stewart Rhodes, and one of his top associates guilty of seditious conspiracy for their involvement in the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S Capitol.

Three other defendants were acquitted of the seditious conspiracy charge, the most serious offense against them, but Rhodes, Kelly Meggs and the others, Kenneth Harrelson, Jessica Watkins and Thomas Caldwell, were all convicted of obstructing an official proceeding.

This is a HUGE win for American Democracy and American Justice - to hold criminals accountable for the insurrection attempt!
