Anytime you introduce a substance into your body there is a "risk vs reward" to review.
If I get covid what is the probability I will be injured from it, will I die?
Then, will the vaccine prevent me from getting covid? Will it prevent me from dying from covid?
And, could the vaccine harm me, could the vaccine damage my body?
The harm question always seemed to be drowned out and thrown out of the review. "Perfectly safe" and if you question your labeled many things, removed from social media.
My take is the vaccines were developed for those that have a high risk of dying or permanent injury. Testing was very limited and as a result required a "no harm clause" by it's manufacture. Those with comorbidities that increase the probability of injury or death should seriously consider the vaccine even though testing was limited. Those healthy could say no I want more testing before I commit. But that is not how it went.
And then there is this....when you get the annual flu shot it is based on the most likely flu virus to dominate that year. So if a different flu virus is dominate you may get it anyways. Covid has been several different viruses, original, Delta, lamda, omicron, etc, etc. As soon as Delta dominated the vaccine was a mismatch. Yet it was shoved out as all curing.
And an observation; Iceland had a very good Covid website on cases, hospitalizations, deaths, vaxed and unvaxed. Believe it was February where those vaccinated and boostered passed the unvaxed and vaxed-not boostered in deaths per 100,000 of each category. Shortly after the trends changed they discontinued the website. Minnesota was a state that had an excellent site too. One thing they didnt do was note how many boostered. Download able data I still have. Just looking at deaths I see a monthly increase;
% vaxed. % of deaths that were vaxed
June. 44.9. 17.9
July. 52.2. 27.4
August. 55.0 37.2
Sept. 57.1. 39.1
Oct. 59.6. 43.7. Note; Minnesota had a big booster shot campaign that shows dividends in Nov and Dec
Nov. 61.0. 37.5
Dec. 64.0. 29.5
Jan. 67. 55.5 Note the sudden change, almost double the percentage of Nov.
Feb. 69. 65.6 at this point the vaxed are dying from covid just about as much as an unvaxed person
My take on this data is the boosters appear to work for about 60 days and then crash.
And to think our media never reported this data.
