Masks aren't available for the general public, sundance. Even hospitals are in short supply if not completely out. I suggest you go to your nearest drug store and try to obtain them rather than posting that ignorant comment.
A couple days ago I went to our neighbor CVS Pharmacy store to get medical adhesive tape. I asked the counter clerk for the face mask, she told me it has been out of stock for over six weeks.

The German Embassy has recommended that all German citizens currently in the US return home as quickly as possible. Angela knows Trump has lost control of the situation and fears for her residents.
Germany's medical handling and treatment has been nothing short of brilliant...their death toll alone tells you they know what theyre doing...Germany always knows what they are doing, before WW2 they were hands down the most brilliant country in the world, then they decided to follow their own nutjob and killed off all their smartest people and its taken them nearly 100 years to recover...how many centuries will it take USA to recover from the Marlago Manchurian Man?

It is probably selfish and bad for me to say that I wish the spread of coronavirus should come a lot sooner like in earlier January with all the school closure and shelter in place. If that happened, Kobe Bryant and Gigi and the other 7 passengers lives would be spare.

I hadn't heard of anything the Red cross was doing during this crisis, so I checked it out.
They are asking for blood as always & addressing family needs after fires.
However, they are waiting for governmental input as to how else the Red Cross can assist. I find this very odd not utilizing these trained professionals.

A "virtual" job fair is underway for veterans with interviews taking place with 20 South Florida companies. With the use of SKYPE, vets can interviews with companies such as Loews, Ultimate Software, Citrix and rental car companies.
In spite of Governor DeSantis declaration to have NY/NJ visitors being met at the gate by National Guard & FAA members, it all sounds like "hot air" because neither group has the staff to monitor all airport gates. Instead flyers are being given a questionnaire to fill out & drop it in a "box" as they exit the gateway. He has pissed off our visitors & residents of Florida for telling us one thing and doing another.

GM and Ventac are working in a joint effort to build ventilators.
This is despite Trump throwing insults at GM & their president Mary Barra & of course lying to the country that GM & Ford was already building ventilators.

WASHINGTON – GOP Rep. Thomas Massie is facing a deluge of criticism from Republicans, Democrats and even President Donald Trump for demanding for a last-minute vote on the coronavirus relief package that forced a frantic rush for lawmakers to travel back to Washington Friday.
The Kentucky Republican, who opposed the bipartisan bill that passed the House, called for a recorded vote in the House, meaning at least a majority of House lawmakers needed to be present in order to ensure its passage so that it could be sent to Trump for final approval.
The House had planned to approve the package while keeping its hundreds of members home due to concerns about further spreading the virus. Already, three House lawmakers have tested positive for COVID-19. The third, Rep Joe Cunningham, D-S.C., announced his diagnosis just after the House approved the measure.

United Airlines plans to layoff employees stating their bailout aid isn't enough money. I though the bailout was contingent on companies keeping people employed?
Maybe they should get a low interest loan using their planes as collateral instead of laying off people.
Slimy farkers! They made the announcement right after the House passed the bill.
Who knew, right?

Almost 3.3 million initial claims for unemployment benefits were made last week. That’s 4½ times the previous highs of just under 700,000 seen in 1982 and 2009. Pennsylvania reported 378,900 of those claims. That’s 12% of the nationwide total even though the Keystone State has less than 4% of all U.S. jobs.
darkhorse or anyone from PA know why?

"[Trump is] so attentive to the scientific literature & the details & the data. I think his ability to analyze & integrate data that comes out of his long history in business has really been a real benefit” -- from Dr. Birx.
Ahhh shit Dr. Birx. You can't actually believe that.
Now Dr. Fauci is the only one who won't kiss Trump's ass. Ahhhhhh, Dr, Birx!

On March 13 Trump and Pence promised that within three days, a system with a website directing anyone who wants a virus test to a "drive-by test." Hey boys, this promise has not been kept.

Under the relief plan, small and medium-size businesses (as well as nonprofits) harmed by the outbreak will be eligible for special low-interest loans to cover their major operating expenses—loans the government will cancel as long as borrowers don’t cut their payrolls. If a business slashes staff, the amount of forgiveness will be reduced proportionately. But given the program’s design, there’s a strong chance that the vast majority of business owners who receive these loans won’t be required to pay them back.

But there are reasons to be concerned about how well the plan will work. Some are logistical. For the sake of speed, Congress chose to build on an old program run by the Small Business Administration that guarantees loans made by private banks. (Why would banks make loans the government will probably just wipe away? Because they’re getting paid commissions to do the underwriting.) This may be a faster way to get money out the door than creating a new lending program from scratch, since most small businesses already have some kind of banking relationship. But it’s still not entirely clear how quickly the effort will scale, and if it takes too much time, many restaurants and shops risk failing while they wait for help; according to the JPMorgan Chase Institute, only half of small businesses have enough cash to survive for 27 days without new revenue.

In early March... 7 states California, Colorado, Connecticut, Minnesota, New York, Texas, and Washington, have opened drive-through corona virus testing stations .As far as the Website..it would appear that the President oversold Googles promise to have a Google virus website effectively up and running with updated with drive-thru testing information. However, early last week, Google sister company Verily launched a coronavirus screening service and website...called Project Baseline for those living in Santa Clara County and San Mateo County, California.

Because I am waiting for it. When they have no answers they go straight to blaming Trump. Midnight does indeed provide lots of key info on this thread and many others, but too many times he ties it back to Trump. He and almost everyone expect the world from him when no one saw this coming. Thank god a democrat was not president right now, that 2.2 trillion dollar bill would include 1 trillion to illegals immigrants and another trillion to voting reform. Dont forget that other .2 trillion would go to windmills!!
