Sold his sole? Did he sell his talapia and his red snapper too? You're the biggest troll on this site and it's plain for anyone to see.

May of these enployers, specifically in the hospitality industry, aren't even able to rehire all of their employees. So these people would be legitimately unenployed. It's not like restaurants, hotels, ect. will miraculously just go back to business as usual. And we're talking about niche industries. And frankly, most enployers aren't willing to help their employers commit fraud. And to be honest, people like to believe that there are throngs of people suckling at the government teet but in reality the opposite is true. There are many people, my mother in law included, who qualify for benefits who have not received them because the system is so forked up. And, and this isn't meant to be an attack on Trump, but the federal government leaving it up to state's unemployment departments to facilitate the distrubution of the $600 in government relief has been a mistake.

. 20 states reported an increase in new cases for the week of May 24. This is up from 13 in the prior week per Reuters. That is not good.

. Alabama had the biggest weekly increase @ 28%. ICU capacity in Montgomery hospitals has been filled and patients are being sent to Birmingham. In Tuscaloosa County @ the DCH Health System, cases have doubled from 35 to 74 in one week. The entire county saw a 10% increase in cases from 505 to 508 in a single day. The mayor believes they have entered a very serious stage & has asked the community to wear masks and practice social distancing during their reopening.

. In Nebraska cases are up and available ICU beds are down. In Omaha, ICU beds are at 75% capacity. Governor Rickettes never issued a stay at home policy in the state & his reasoning was because Nebraska had plenty of hospital capacity. Wut?? Rickettes said "we're having conversations about what "they" are doing about staffing & if "those" hospitals are going out and get additional staffing to come in. We're waiting to see."

. In Minnesota, ICU beds are 87% full.

. In Arizona, Yuma hospitals have reached capacity and are transferring patients elsewhere. In the Yuma state prison, dozens of prisoners  have tested positive and the staff there is responsible for seeking out their own individual testing because the state is not providing it. Local hospitals have seen a 300% increase in 2 weeks.

. In Arkansas, the Fayetteville/Springdale are has the fastest growing outbreak. The state has logged 6 straight days of 3 digit case gains. And the state's Health Secretary resigned this week.

. In Sioux City, IA their 2 hospitals have reached daily highs in cases.  They believe the increases are due to a meat packing plant just over the border in Dakota City, NE. Both Iowa and Nebraska officials refuse to state exactly how many in their states have tested positive.

. Also in Iowa, Buena Vista County alone has 675 cases which is 3.4% of their population. 400 new cases were identified yesterday. When Governor Reynolds was asked if there was an outbreak in a meat packing plant but she wouldn't confirm it. Residents won't be told there has been an outbreak until at least 10% of the workforce test positive.

I am hearing nothing about this in the MSM.  If people were dying because they were denied entry to ICU wards, we would be hearing about it.  This is a nothingburger.  Who cares about all these stats ?  Did you think they were going to go down as we reopened society again ?

Sorry to hear about the experience w the mother in law.  That's tough.  I'm not sure how the $600 weekly is distributed.   My understanding is it is distibuted directly from the federal government ( i.e. U.S. Treasury).   They likely need to be notified from the state about a person's unemployment,  before the Treasury doles out these distributions to the people.   I bet the state is the one gumming the process up..

The first delivery of 607k vials of remdesivir were sent to wrong hospitals and hospitals with no ICU units thus no patients in need of the drug.

The fact that we’d be so incompetent in our distribution of this that we’d... inefficiently distribute the one therapy we have is stunning. How can we make that mistake? What are you working on that’s more important than this?

The administration's incompetence with simple logistical issues like this is astounding.

North Carolina: "HOSPITALIZATIONS REACH NEW HIGH: The latest hospitalization count, the highest-ever daily total the state reported during the pandemic, breaks the previous record, which was reported the day before."

With Missouri case numbers on the rise (again), state delays "Phase 2" of reopening from this upcoming Monday to Mid-June instead.

Tennessee Farm announces that entire workforce of almost 200 has tested positive, all are still working. I guess they don't give a shit about passing it along to their families & communities.

Coronavirus Cases Rising In Northwest Arkansas As Hospitalizations Near Second Peak. I wonder how many attended that Lakes of the Ozarks pool party.

Two Catholic churches in Fort Smith Arkansas that held in-person services last weekend have reported to their members that each was attended by a person who tested positive. The churches have announced a suspension of in-person services this week.

This virus isn't going away anytime soon.

The churches have announced a suspension of in-person services this week.   This virus isn't going away anytime soon.

You are right. The virus that's all in your head, won't be going away anytime soon.

And like I said, you're the biggest troll on this site. I could not post for a week and you'd still have my name in your mouth. How sad is that? You call people sheep yet you believe everything you read on facebook or youtube, w/out even taking the time to cross reference. I've shown time and time again that you probably don't even read the articles you link in their entirety because you repeatedly misquote and misrepresent them. You insult people's intelligence when anyone who reads your posts can see that you were a C average student at best. You struggle with basic spelling and grammar. And while these things aren't necessarily a mark of intelligence, c'mon man. How can you insult someone's intelligence when you write like you never passed middle school english. I can't fart into my mask because, as i've told you, I have yet to wear one. Sheep like you do what you're told, bosses do what they want. And tomorrow, while you're struggling to pen another whiny ass "....but ...but ...the sheeple" post, which will read exactly like the last one, i'll be skiing and it's damn near June. And when I come off the mountain, cider tasting and a sitdown meal in a restaurant with the Mrs. No take-out. No mask required. You'll be here blaming corona for your life sucking. Or vaccines. Or Bill Gates but really it's you. Your life sucks because you suck. You're the reason you're poor. You're the reason you're lonely. And you'll still be poor and lonely when this shit blows over. What will you do when this doesn't usher in new world order? Move on to the next conspiracy, like you incel conspiracy theorist always do.

p.s. I don't smoke crack, I snort coke. I bet i've saved more on blow during this shutdown than the car you are driving is worth. I bet I made more in crypto trading in one month's time than your dead end job pays you in a year. Keep blaming the world for your problems. I guarantee you'll continue to have problems.

Adhomin? Were you trying to write ad hominem? I swear, you are the classic dumb guy trying to sound smart. The high school dropout who does a stretch, reads a couple of books, then comes out acting like he was away on a Rhodes Scholarship. The guy who reads "Behold a Pale Horse" for the first time and can't stop preaching to you about "the truth". Yet ask them to expound of something, explain something in their own words, or offer one, ONE, original thought and they come up empty, as you have done time and time again in this very thread. Your m.o. has been to post a headline, probably ripped straight from facebook or youtube, then say something to the effect of, "See, the sheeple can't see the truth...." Or jethro something, or some other nonsense, I don't really care... but when i've challenged you on your own material, you come up empty. As i've said many times before, it's clear you don't even read the material you yourself provide links to. So your choice of "adhomin" aside from being grossly mispelled, is also misused. I hate to break it to you but this isn't a debate we have going. I'm not trying to assasinate your character in an attempt to win an argument. We aren't debating. You're a pompous jackass that makes yourself a target through your own pretentioness. I've dealt with dumb arses trying to sound smart before and usually they're harmless. When one is as smug and as disrespectful as you though.... well sometimes you just have to hold a mirror up for them. Make them look deep into their own "sole". The best part is anyone reading back through this thread would have a hard time telling me i'm wrong. It's all there for anyone to see. They don't even need "the right kind of eyes" or the glasses from "They Live" or any other madness.

Stu, I really have to wonder why any of us continue to react to this guy. What for? It serves no purpose and only encourages him to come back. I know, I know, I have done it myself; but regretted it every time. If we could just learn to ignore ignorant blather we would all be better off and the undesirable critters would leave sooner.

Midnight1, post 839 "Tennessee Farm announces that entire workforce of almost 200 has tested positive, all are still working. I guess they don't give a shit about passing it along to their families & communities."

How interesting. Tennessee being a traditionally Republican-hillbilly-shit-kicken-redneck state it may be they just can't get enough regression. Maybe the current thought is "Farm work should be done by slaves but since we can't have them maybe killing enough free workers will get the country to change their minds about that." Distribution of the coronavirus seems to be the current goal anyway. Wave your confederate flag and scream for your independence. YAHOO!
