Florida has a very old population and a far lower Covid death rate than far left New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Illinois.
And they have been open for almost the entire pandemic.
Small businesses have flocked there.
Florida didn’t force poor kids to “learn” from home. Their schools were open.
If parents are scared of DeSantis why are people fleeing blue states and moving to Florida?

Maine has an older population while Arizona & Washington have a greater population growth than Florida. Florida did have children remote learning & it exposed major problems with access. DeSantis should be looking at updating the archaic state systems so that legitimate people seeking unemployment can do so without waiting weeks to gain access.

Lifting mask mandates and opening businesses early (Done by just about every other GOP state in the region that is now struggling).
