As you said, the buck stops with Trump again on that. You are 100% wrong about Trump stopping international flights. Nope, he only stopped flights from China. How do I know? My local hospital got the first family of Covid patients for our area because they flew back to the states with Covid from their ski vacation in Italy. Flew right in and brought it right into my backyard. Thanks Donald! Your hare-brained schemes didn’t stop shit. I just love these kind of posts. First of all throwing more money at the CDC and NIH doesn't solve problems. Money from the NIH was already going to Wuhan to play with bat coronavirus, let's give'em more money. at those times. Other than large aerosols not that much they do other than provide a placebo effect
Defunding CDC and destroying international programs aimed at stopping deadly diseases before they start is exactly what stopped viruses like Ebola and Bird flu from killing millions. While your post clearly ignores decades of successful bipartisan policy, that’s not the worst part of your post.
Perhaps the dumbest, most idiotic part of your post is that I was replying to:
a MAGA who said
its the CDC’s job
to prevent deadly viruses from spreading.
Had to use extra spaces and bold font to spell it out for you, because obviously your reading comprehension skills are lacking
It is the nation's job to prevent it from spreading, led by and coordinated by their central/federal government. They seek guidance from medical experts of course, but ultimately the buck stops HERE.

Also, let’s not pretend that Trump didn’t downplay the severity of the virus that I first heard about on NPR and ABC News in January 2020. Trump knew about it then but ignored it. Then later, he stupidly gave a bunch of incriminating interviews to Bob Woodward where he admits that he downplayed the virus and hid information about masks. He knew masks worked early on. There are literally recordings of this. Trump screwed himself with his own idiocy. He has nobody but to blame but himself. Lastly, the most important job of the government is to protect its citizens from the threat of imminent death or injury. I expect the government to do that, you know, how our government did exactly that for 40 years before that with a better-funded CDC. Any candidate who shows malice or apathy to the death of its citizens does not get my vote. Trump will never get my vote after fanning the flames of the biggest health crisis in a century.
Oh really ??
So, explain to me why Biden continues to ""Willingly" leave our sourthern border open, killing 100's of thousands of Americans every year, due to opiods...
Talk about a "dereliction of duty."

Then I guess trump repealing Obamacare (the ACC) and coming up with his own plan that he promised in 2016 would happen on "My first day in office. You're going to have such great health care at a tiny fraction of the costs. And it's going to be so easy".Is safe cause "that didn't happen in his 1st 4 years in office" either.
Rush and Uni I will respond to your posts 38,39 later.I gotta run out of here to see a hockey tournament right now.

Despite republican fear-mongering, US south border isn't open. Biden administration and illegal immigration aren't the reasons for fentanyl problem in the US. According to Cato institute, American citizens comprise 86% of fentanyl trafficking convictions. Over 96% of fentanyl seizures have been at legal ports of entry. During Trump administration from 2016 to 2020, fentanyl deaths in the US increased 191%. However Biden administration is far ahead of Trump's and any previous administration in crackdowns on fentanyl trafficking. Biden's 2024 budget invests even more on border security.

In Biden's first two years in office Fentanyl deaths were 241%higher than Trumps first two years in office.

@Midnight1 You act like being President is a dictatorship. Trump fought hard and was RIGHT.
TRUMP;
2018; Congress must immediately pass Border Legislation, use Nuclear Option if necessary, to stop the massive inflow of Drugs and People. Border Patrol Agents (and ICE) are GREAT, but the weak Dem laws don’t allow them to do their job. Act now Congress, our country is being stolen!
Must build Wall and secure our borders with proper Border legislation. Democrats want No Borders, hence drugs and crime!”

One thing Trump didn't do was promise to end fossil fuels and then demand refineries produce more gasoline in an election year.
Or give UNWRA millions while two independent groups tell the Senate UNRWA teaches kill the j-e-ws. Gives Iran it's billions on 9/11. Then helps Israel.

was trump on said flight? Sounds to me like trump should’ve closed all international travel, yet he got torn apart for stopping even the main one in China…….maybe your dumb ass neighbors should be acknowledged for bringing it into “your own backyard” lmao you guys really do take a sh*t in the morning and if it doesn’t go 100% smoothly you blame trump for it.
