It is the nation's job to prevent it from spreading, led by and coordinated by their central/federal government. They seek guidance from medical experts of course, but ultimately the buck stops HERE.

Defunding CDC and destroying international programs aimed at stopping deadly diseases before they start is exactly what stopped viruses like Ebola and Bird flu from killing millions. While your post clearly ignores decades of successful bipartisan policy, that’s not the worst part of your post.
