Oh, it would be silly? It's not silly to vehemently make statements of opinion as if they are fact, even in some cases when the speaker of said statement knows it to be false? It's silly to say, "...this is my opinion." Not good for engagement. Doesn't hit as hard. Do you ever think that maybe statements need to hit less hard. Wouldn't that be better for engagement? For discourse. I guess if the goal is just to rile people up...

Radical extreme right wing groups which includes the New American Nazi Party, fascists, skinheads, and the KKK have been given legitimacy by a certain former President...
Lets go post by post.
Post number 1.
Did Donald Trump really give legitimacy to the KKK, skinheads and New American Nazi Party or is that just an opinion?

Racist MAGA Lawmaker Now Under Investigation for Claiming Buffalo Shooting Was a False Flag
Rolling Stone -
The Arizona state Senate launched an ethics investigation into Wendy Rogers after the racist, far-right state lawmaker falsely suggested the mass shooting in Buffalo last Saturday was carried out by a government agent.
The Arizona Senate, which is controlled by Republicans, voted 24 to 3 to launch an investigation into the comment. Rogers herself and two of her GOP accomplicess, Warren Petersen and Kelly Townsend, were the only three to vote against the probe.
“Spewing hate and furthering racist comments is not what we should be here for,” Senator Victoria Steele said.

What percent of school mass shootings involve assault rifles?
Keep pushing you narratives though. do you. Tell me more about gun violence in Chicago though and "blue cities". That seems to be your favorite deflection strategy.

Blindly yelling that someone is a racist without the ability to back up such a claim is reason #108 there will be a red wave this election.
I hope there is a red wave!!! I expect to be betting very *HEAVILY* on it with real money, as I watch for any October surprises that may put my $$$ investment at serious risk.
Historically the party in the White House loses "bigly" every time a new president takes office, at the first mid-term. Strong trend! This mid-term will be no exception. Virtually ALWAYS happens.....might as well make money off it, I say!
I expect to profit "bigly" (pending the odds), just like I did betting AGAINST "adolf" trump in 2020!!!
I have stated all this numerous times on this forum going all the way back to summer 2020.
Of course with a Dem in the Wh to veto any far right, neo-fascist legislation, it just won't make a significant difference. The real difference will be in 2024. Those who successfully completed at least the 12th grade fully understand all this....

Why don’t you talk about the other 98% of gun homicides in the US?
If you solve the 2% problem — then what?

The Virginia Tech shooter killed 32 and injured 17 with two handguns, one of which had a 10-round magazine and the other a 15-round magazine. He simply brought 19 extra magazines.
Virtue signaling and knee-jerk reactions rooted in emotion will not solve any problems.

Well again you are dodging the issue. Over the last two weeks we have been actively discussing mass shootings and school shootings. You keep changing the topic to all gun homicides to suit your narrative and avoid the issue.
Like I stated the use of assault rifles for mass shootings is much higher than 2%. It's closer to 20%.
As for addressing all gun homicides since you keep bringing it up, I am in favor of taking many guns off of the street with sweeping gun reform legislation.

Nice. The guy brings up a mass shooting in a school in which a hand gun was used nearly 15 years ago to fit his narrative.
You remember what year the mass shooting was at Virginia Tech? I'll help you (2007).
What about all the school shootings since then that involved assault rifles? Just going to skip over those?
I am form strict gun reform in general, so I am not sure what you are even arguing here.
Are you trying to show me that guns aren't a problem? Because if you are, it's a major fail.

White 'replacement theory' fuels racist attacks ASSOCIATED PRESS - WHO'S TALKING UP THIS THEORY? A study of five years' worth of Carlson's show by The New York Times found 400 instances where he talked about Democratic politicians and others seeking to force demographic change through immigration. Fox News defended the host, pointing to repeated statements that Carlson has made denouncing political violence of all kinds.

White 'replacement theory' fuels racist attacks
House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik's campaign committee was criticized last year for an advertisement that said “radical Democrats” were planning a “permanent election insurrection” by granting amnesty to undocumented immigrants who would create a permanent liberal majority in Washington.
Pitcavage says he's concerned about the message Carlson and supporters are sending: “They actually introduce their ‘great replacement theory’ to a conservative audience in an easier-to-swallow pill."

You just said yourself that only 20% (really 14%) of school shootings involve an assault rifle. It shouldn’t be hard to comprehend that I could find many examples.
Is your problem with assault rifles or with guns? You’re not being very clear.
