Stop with the climate change already...it cannot be fixed or contained at this point....we are way passed that point
Still important to fight climate change because there are already dire consequences. It's not too late to slow the pace of climate change and avert the worst impacts in the future. Although every rise in warming is worst than the last, they are not inevitable. The world is slowly making progress.

Slowly. Too slow unfortunately. It's almost bizarre but that 2004 Hollywood movie we've all seen at least once "The Day after Tommorrow" - although fictional entertainment - was based around certain understood scientific facts about the effects of man-made acceleration in climate change. Looming ahead in your lifetime (probably not mine) could very well make that film appear to be visionary and factual.
The piece I referenced suggests we are going to hit then break that dire +1.5 degree C rise some time this winter and there is no reversing it.
Fortunately most NON-Magas understand (ie,predominant population of people who are not climate deniers) that climate change will cause a lot of shifts, including many extremes, which will cause some regions of the planet to become hotter/drier, some regions to experience significantly more precipitation, and others extremes of cold from time to time. Worse, is the pattern changes won't be constant, and likely to move from region to region.

That's how narrow minded you truly are that you would even mention non-Magas in a post that is talking about climate....as if you actually have proof or numbers that prove either to the contrary....just post without putting a label on it...why does maga even need to be mentioned....this is the antagonistic bureaucratic syntax (BS) that you continue to spew on daily basis...you breathe hate and act like you are better than others...you are them...you are that hate and you spread it in these forums daily...

Dave McCormick, a wealthy former hedge fund manager and leading Republican candidate for Senate in Pennsylvania, would vote to repeal President Joe Biden’s bipartisan infrastructure bill, he said on a pro-Trump radio show.
“The No. 1 thing you do with a Senate majority and a House majority and a Republican president in the White House is you roll back all those incredible, expensive Biden bills — the infrastructure bill, the Build Back Better — all of that stuff, that’s the money that’s driving this huge uptick in inflation”
*Unbelievably stupid.

Maria Bartiromo suggested on-air Tuesday that diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives were behind the deaths of Black service members Sgt. William Jerome Rivers, Spec. Kennedy Ladon Sanders and Spec. Breonna Alexsondria Moffett.
“Maybe they’re focused too much on DEI,” Bartiromo said to guest Rep. August Pfluger (R-TX).
Incredibly ignorant.

Republicans opposing diversity, equity and inclusion are out of step with most Americans. False to assume white male employees are always more qualified than people from other demographics. Companies choose to adopt DEI policies because they make good business sense.

A recent Harvard study found that hiring one highly productive toxic worker does more damage to a company's bottom line than employing several less productive, but more cooperative employees

Recent article in WSJ suggests DEI (Discrimination, Exclusion, Incompetence) policies are getting push back from the public . Claudine Gay served as a poster child for all that is wrong w this wokeness BS and its racist, sexist policies.

Under legislation introduced Monday by demented MAGA Sen. Joni Ernst, President Biden would be barred from delivering the State of the Union address to Congress until he sends along a budget request and national security strategy to the republicans.
The Send Us Budget Materials & International Tactics In Time (SUBMIT IT) Act would block House and Senate leadership from inviting the president to give the annual address until republican lawmakers receive those materials.
What are the chances this really effing DUMBASS legislation even gets passed by the Seante?

Some dumbass republicans slam Biden for proclaiming 'Transgender Day of Visibility' on Easter, despite the fact it’s yearly observed on March 31
White house honors traditional Easter celebration and transgender day of visibility. Since 2010, March 31 recognized violence against transgender people. Coincidence that constantly changing Easter Sunday shares the same day this year. Nonpartisan rules for children contest were established over 40 years ago.

Fox News panelist Lisa Boothe said the recognition of the International Transgender Day of Visibility this past Sunday was part of a scheme to overthrow the Almighty.
Boothe, a channel contributor who was co-hosting “The Big Weekend Show,” joined a chorus of right-wing objections to the event being observed ? as it has been since 2009 ? on March 31. This year, it simply happened to fall on Easter.
