Apparently, Dominion's success is paving the way for other lawsuits against Fox news which has absolute disregard for the truth.  Now Jankowicz is suing for defamation that cause public harassment and damage to her career.  She is the former director of disinformation board for homeland security.  In addition, there are lawsuits from Smartmatic, shareholders and employees.

Oh yeah, I anticipated that that $787 million settlement was not going to sit well with shareholders, especially with the Smartmatic suit waiting in the wings. 

People wrote off the Dominion settlement as affordable for Fox who claimed to have $4 billion in liquid cash on hand. Well now it’s $3.13 billion, and Fox is now on record as having more than enough to satisfy Smartmatic’s $2 billion in damages. 

None of this would ever sit well with any shareholders of any Corp, under any circumstances.

In related news, it's remarkable in the wake of Fox News being outed as completely corrupt and dishonest that there are still gullible people on social media quoting Fox News as a source for evidence to back up their positions.

Former reporter Donner is suing Fox news for wrongfully firing him for his opposition to the network's fake news about 2020 election and January 6 insurrection.
