I am sure it will be drafted for ninth district it will go to appeals and possibly the supreme court will hear this argument.  But as far as stopping a private contractor from effecting  a barrier.... well the wall can go up while the judicial process legalizes this authority.  There is no law saying boo about this. Chances of congress enacting one is not going to happen.

I do not believe Jillian Castro makes better than vp. Democrats need a women to win. Possible new Mexico's governor for this theory big money, but realise that this movement back to the polls is driven by Women, womens suffrage movement 100 year movement leads to a woman elected President in 2020.

As far as any stock in either parties platform, I can not see any platform from either side but make America suffer policy that has been in place since Kennedy was assassinated.

I can not speak for other citizens.  I am not sure how the diversity of issues work within pseudo family structure.  I worked with all ethnic groups but reality never really hung out with them in their home or mine. I am white well where my farmers tan ends. As white as a new sheet. I respect people who work hard for very little in a plan to better their individual circumstances.  

I do not judge good men regardless of financial or skin color or religion.  I am sure someone is thinking he used men instead of humans, that is correct, cause I never blamed women for being bad. Possibly a chauvinistic trait but at my age I don't think that is going away any time inbthis lifetime.

This government shutdown woke up many Americans. They stopped going to their weekly movie matinees. their 3 times a week stops at fast food places & began thinking smarter about wasting gas & electricity. 

Many realized without their weekly salaries, they are a month or two away from being homeless. Thought of buying a new car or sending a son/daughter away to college have put some of those ideas on hold.

Trump is not getting money for a wall. Money for border security yes; a wall no.

So if Trump vetoes any bipartisan agreement & shuts the government down again, Congress had better be ready to override his veto & keep the government open. 

I think most of us can agree on this. Nobody wins when the government is closed.

Maybe you could look up alpha in the unabridged Webster's dictionary of 1870 you be surprised at how many descriptions you may find.

Personally, I only use the term alpha in my work field, normally when describing particles (radiation) or carbon positions in various carbonyl groups in organic chemistry.  Alpha in those cases has a significant meaning.  When used to described humans, it's quite lost on me.  Maybe you could argue a mob boss is an alpha but that's because he was denoted by a group of people to be that.  Which goes back to my original point that it's a title given to you and not something you just call yourself.  I was just ribbing the guy because he wanted to puff his chest out and shit on a group of people he doesn't agree with.  I will always stand up to bullies.
