For many, if not most republicans and the overwhelming majority of MAGAs, they buy into whatever some nut case makes up for the conspiracy theory of the week (or day in many cases) cd329 has been making the case and he's right!
Its like people have lost all of their ability to use common sense and street smarts anymore. Maybe lots of people never had these abilities and need to be told by rotten people like alex jones and musk as 2 examples. I dont care how much money these clowns have, how do they close their eyes and go to sleep knowing what they are doing is just wrong and rotten?

Only congress can create any new department. No need for a exterior revenue department because US customs has been collecting tariffs for centuries. Congress controls tariffs but president tariffs are limited.
