If Trump wins, he’ll pardon all seditionists

Four Proud Boy organizers who helped organize the attack on the Capitol were convicted today. Guess what will happen to them (and others who destroyed federal property, made death threats to Dems and Repubs, violently attacked police officers) if Trump wins a second term? 

They’ll be pardoned, of course. 

What message will that send to these domestic terrorists? That domestic terrorism is ok.

That’s the #1 reason I would oppose Trump being president again, we don’t need the seditionists to be emboldened. I don’t like DeSantis, but at least he is an attorney who doesn’t interfere with free and fair elections. 

Trump’s a threat to our national security, whether it’s emboldening sedition or leaking classified intel to Putin.

 You realize Trump could've already pardoned these offenders prior to him leaving office right?  A Presidential pardon can apply to arrests/charges and not just guilty verdicts (see Nixon). 

So if your opinion is that he will pardon these people once he wins 2024 and is back in office, then why didn't he have the balls to do so while he was previously in office??

As part of his eager and broader "revenge tour"  that is exactly what I would expect as well.  He may even weaponize the DOJ to then go after all those who dared prosecute those "Jan 6 patriots"  and anyone (including judges)  who dare bring criminal charges against himself or any of his pals and go after any media sites or networks who dared publicize those events.

Then round them all up in the dead of night, labelling them as "enemies of America" and herd them into "re-education labor camps" in the Aleutians

Regardless of the reason for your blissful ignorance, a president can’t pardon people from future charges - they can only pardon charges that exist (and sometimes events that occurred) while they’re in office. Here, Trump didn’t know who would be charged with what during his last days in office, and probably didn’t foresee charges for seditious conspiracy because he is a blithering idiot who has no knowledge about the law. (He arguably only has disrespect for the law, which is why the fascist opposes free and fair elections.)

Even if he could have pardoned traitors like Tarrio, that would require him to acknowledge that he knew exactly who the traitors were. (You have to be specific about who you are pardoning after all.)

That would destroy his lame excuse that he didn’t know who the seditious traitors were, which is the lame excuse he always cites in any case where he’s a defendant.

Another answer to your question was answered by the seditious traitors themselves: part of their defense was that Trump led them along with his lies and requests, then hung them out to dry when the tab came due.

Read this and understand how this is not 'raising' your taxes.  But now you Democrats want to uncap it.  Everyone on the Left say they want to do away with 'loopholes' that help the rich.  But when it is done the Democrats are up in arms and want it uncapped -- which greatly benefit the rich and the ultra-rich.  But the Left want the rich to 'pay their fair share' -- until they realize that might include them.  If you are doing that well you should not get mad at Trump for trying to help the middle class out, after all, that is what the Left is always going on about.

Glad to see you finally 'acknowledge' that your income tax rate did not go up but it was a clearing up of the tax system to help the average guy that affected you.
