Just because he has the authority to do so, does it mean that it's the right move? All the guys he removed had ties to the Obama administration, and that's the main reason he booted them. Not to mention, being an attorney general means that you have oversight, and investigate shady stuff within the government.

Since Trump is a stand up guy with no history of shady business deals, maybe he didn't feel a need for such guys? Then replaced them with his buddy's because, hey, it's a party.

Glen Fine went to Oxford, super smart dude. What he do wrong? Was the corona virus spending watchdog...

Jeff Sessions. By getting rid of him, Trump ended the Mueller investigations with Russia. Nice.

    Michael Atkinson...

Now Steve Linick is gone, another Obama guy.

Is Trump really doing this for the good of America, or the good of himself? Or is it just vengeance?

There couldn't be a worse President in the history of America, nor will there ever be one again imo. He's just abusing his power. And clearly he is scared as f*ck of the people with oversight.

But like I said before, Trump is a stand up guy. He's got nothing to fear.

Slim, we have the power and authority to punish our kids. That does mean we have the right to beat them senseless. Authority (and power) have limits. Oversight is not a "make the boss happy" position. From power/authority to abuse is a short step.

KEY E,I have to say ,,I see very little comparison in your analogy...

The presidentially appointed inspectors general serve at the pleasure of the president,,so they had better "make the boss happy" .........Since,presidentially appointed IGs can only be removed, or terminated, from their positions by the President of the United States...It makes good sense to make the boss happy...or they receive the let-go status...

And as President Trump has said "As President,I have the power of appointment, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, it is vital that I have the fullest confidence in the appointees serving as inspectors general.'

It's not a bad thing either, that President Trump has been firing some of these IG's since many of them are political appointed positions...and down-sizing the IG's ranks is a good thing.....smaller government.

There are 78 federal offices of inspectors general, a significant increase since the statutory creation of the initial 12 offices by the Inspector General Act of 1978...

"The only negative I've heard was the study where they gave it--was it the VA with, you know, people that aren't big Trump fans gave it."

The VA doctors stopped giving vets this drug because they don't like Trump and not because it was killing them???

What a a paranoid, dangerous, delusional, lying POS!

Trump's attempt to smear Obama could backfire because Obama's popularity and credibility exceed his own.   According to Pew research, most Americans rate Obama as the best president of their lifetime.  Cspan survey of 70+ historians rank Obama 12th best among 43 past presidents.   Obama stands for dignity and competence while Trump stands for corruption and incompetence.  Obama accuses Trump administration's handling of pandemic as an "absolute chaotic disaster" and "not even pretending to be in charge."

To deflect blame for his failures, Trump has a bad habit of manufacturing fake conspiracy theories against political opponents.  But Trump's call for Obamagate investigation faces resistance from allies such as Graham who suggest it'd be unwise.  Even Barr doesn't expect any investigation and vows justice system shouldn't be used as a political weapon.

No contest in comparison of the two presidents.  Without a shutdown of US economy, Obama administration lead the world in its fine handling of ebola and swine flu outbreaks.  Despite inheriting a recession from Bush, Obama administration lead to the longest economic expansion in US history.  However Trump's mismanagement turn US into a epicenter of pandemic in the world and put a strong economy that he inherited into a recession with record unemployment.  Under Trump, US became sicker, poorer and weaker.

The Pew research should fold their doors. It is amazing how many "according to" resources you come up with and no matter what "THEY" say, if

it fits your narrative you go with it. ?- When will it be Trumps economy? Laughable that you say Trumps,s management of the panademic. Just as laughable

you insist travel bans were useless - Oh Wait - "according to" theory- sorry. Why don't you respond to Slim when you get challenged on your B.S. Stay

with the "hate", I love it. Let me ask you one more ? that I know you won't reply. Do you and the rest of the haters care if there was any corruption

(On either side) during the Russian Hoax? Regardless of affiliation. Why doesn't any of the haters want to know the truth!!!!!!! It's astonishing that

no one wants the truth when it comes to the democratic side. Why is that. Can there be a more obvious double-standard that goes on daily. Will you

In New York, a federal judge has refused to dismiss class action lawsuit against Trump family for promoting a pyramid scheme behind ACN marketing company.  According to thehill, fraud and false advertising cost many victims millions of dollars.  Irreparable harm and improbability of Trump success in appeal are reasons in favor of plaintiffs.  This is just the latest in Trump's long history of legal problems because he often violates laws.  Also he has a history of business bankruptcies but his worst is the US economy.

Trump expects loyalty, but he’s loyal to no one.

He demands constant praise, but turns on anyone at any moment.

He lies continuously, but expects to be believed.

He despises everyone, but thinks he should be loved.

And sadly on top of all this, he's morbidly obese.

Michigan sends absentee ballot applications to 7.7 million people ahead of Primaries and the General Election. This was done illegally and without authorization by a rogue Secretary of State. I will ask to hold up funding to Michigan if they want to go down this Voter Fraud path! per Trump

Causing the Michigan Secretary of State to reply to Trump's blatant lie & spewing of bullshit to Michiganders.

Hi again. Still wrong. Every Michigan registered voter has a right to vote by mail. I have the authority & responsibility to make sure that they know how to exercise this right - just like my GOP colleagues are doing in GA, IA, NE and WV. Also, again, my name is Jocelyn Benson.

    Trump is a total POS!

More of the unrelenting Trump grifting.  For $1 I can join the Trump campaign's "Trump 100 Club Members." In a fundraising email, Trump promises he will "turn to" these members for advice. He also claims he is only inviting 100 people to join this group. Absolute BS. A real con job.

This POS is begging for a hundred bucks and so many of you farkers are buying into his bullshit.

Midnight1 is right.  Nothing wrong with states mailing applications instead of ballots.   Since pandemic has killed over 90,000 Americans, absentee voting helps to make voting easier and safer to ensure democracy.  Trump is a hypocrite who voted by mail in Florida.  Now he falsely claims massive voting fraud.  According to Brennan center for justice, only 491 fraud cases found out of billions of absentee ballots from 2000 to 2012.   No evidence voting by mail helps democrats or is a major fraud risk.  However Trump's interference in fair voting process risks suppressing millions of voters.  Besides, unconstitutional for him to block federal funding approved by congress.
