Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code permits reorganization under the bankruptcy laws of the United States. Many of the United States’ largest and most prominent businesses have filed for (and emerged from) Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection one or more times, including General Motors, Charter Communications, Delta Air Lines, Kmart, Macy’s, and the Texas Rangers baseball team to name a few.. Donald Trump has never declared personal bankruptcy, but he has sought bankruptcy protection for businesses controlled by him.
Nice. Any of these businesses file for bankruptcy 6 times? Were the owners of these businesses transparent with tax returns when asked to provide them in financial proceedings? I never said Fat Donnie filed for personal bankruptcy. I did say his businesses have filed for bankruptcy 6 times though. Again, have you ever heard of real billionaires like Buffet, Bezos, Bloomberg, and Gates just to name a few, file for bankruptcy through their businesses for "protection"? I'll wait.....

I didn't need a definition of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy laws, I understand businesses are able to file for bankruptcy, usually when they are in dire financial straits with no other viable options. Not generally for "protection", but keeping firing away with your blind defense for this guy, regardless of what he does.
