Instead, Trump will take the sure thing. He'll resign days before the inauguration and have Pastor Pence give him the pardon blessing. Trump doesn't want the court to rule on this because he will lose.
It will fall on SDNY to bring this POS to justice.
The Trump Organization must turn over documents requested by the NY Attorney General the court rules. The AG argued that the documents were not privileged because the Trump Organization had “waived privilege” when it disclosed certain documents to the IRS to “gain benefit.”

An ethical hacker in the Netherlands hacked Trump's Twitter account in October. It was so easy because Trump wasn't using any basic security measures like 2 step verification. The hacker expected to get blocked after 4 failed attempts but didn't need 4 tries because Trump's password was so easy to ascertain. The password was "maga2020." He contacted our government & eventually was thanked by the Secret Service for bringing the breach to their attention.
In 2016 he & 2 others gained access to Trump's account guessing the password "yourfired."
His ignorance of the real world & those looking to do damage to us has put our country in danger time after time.
