 That diatribe left out rolled back banking regulations put forth in the Dodd-Frank act. Banking regulations were one of the first thinks he went after. We all know about the ACA but Dodd-Frank was one of the most important pieces of legislation of Obama's tenure yet so few people understand it's importance.

Floridians call him "Death Santis". He is regarded as one of the worst governors in Florida history.  According to public health experts, politics rather than science dictates DeSantis response to pandemic.  His administration suppress facts and promotes misinformation.

Spot on Thirdperson, by dealing with the Covid pandemic, DeSantis runs his state with pure ideology and politics but not medical science. At least Donald Trump was admitting to Bob Woodward that Covid-19 is "deadly stuff"*, but DeSantis kept suppressing and neglecting the severity of Covid. I think our country would fare much worse in coping with Covid-19 pandemic if Ron DeSantis were the president not Donald J Trump.

Republicans praise DeSantis' handling of COVID19 in Florida throughout the state, and in this forum. Nothing like avoiding creating or enforcing safety precautions, and lying about hospitalizations, cases, and deaths to try and convince people that your deadly approach worked.

 Can we prove DeSantis lied about numbers? Seems like it would be an easy thing to do if this was really the case. Midnight has been speaking of this for quite some time and I always look to him for the straight dope on affairs in Florida but it seems like something this egregious would easily be brought to light.

I'm concentrating on the ponies right now but check out Rebekah Jones the scientist who refused to cook the numbers when told to do so.

Of course, some are Op ed's in the topic, so they are up for interpretation, but anyone can logically figure out what was going on there in Florida with reporting or lack of reporting of updated numbers and public information regarding cases, hospitalizations, and deaths.

Courts have typically dismissed similar suits, and these are likely doomed
from the start as well.
The announcement about the lawsuits comes after the companies removed Trump's access
to their platforms in the aftermath of the January 6 riot on Capitol Hill which he incited.

Tech companies have consistently rejected claims that their platforms discriminate
based on partisan ideology.
Independent studies have *NOT* corroborated such accusations.

PRIVATE tech companies are legally permitted to run their platforms as they see fit,
and courts have dismissed a string of similar lawsuits.
Facebook, Twitter and YouTube all cited the potential for future incitement of violence
or risks to public safety following the Capitol riot in announcing their decisions to
remove Trump's accounts.

Trump announced the suits during a press conference Wednesday, saying that
he is asking a court in Florida "to order an immediate halt to social media
companies' illegal, shameful censorship of the American people."

Trump's bogus lawsuits don't stand a chance in courts.  The facts aren't on his side.  Previous lawsuits to overturn fair election are actually fundraising schemes to get donations from stupid supporters.  Unlike past presidents, he has lost vast majority of lawsuits while in the white house. 

His response was the best in the country. This is why blue states had massive outflow and Florida had a massive inflow.
