the only way to keep costs down is to negotiate Medicine prices.
set a cap per pill price that can be sold in the usa. Keep the laws that state you can only fill a script in the usa for usa citizens and then set price of all drugs to no more than 3 dollars a pill or 100 month for medication.
Health care costs for procedures the same, and the Lie they "the doctors" will leave to other markets. bs where all other modernized nations have Health cost and allowed procedures fixed by Legislation

(by the way, mandatory insurance was originally proposed by the 'R's and opposed by the 'D's. My how things have changed.


this is a misleading and disingenuous comment.  when republicans came up with the mandatory insurance idea (was it the conservative thinktank the heritage foundation?), they never anticipated the law would be named after obama.

Ummm no. 

Medicine is only one aspect of the health care issue. The exorbitant costs are directly corollary to direct service. 

Medicine is aftercare and just a piece of the overall picture.
