These blanket Pardons without a crime being charged is not a pardonable action.
This is a blatant abuse of power and must be presented to SCOTUS for clarification and accountability….
Trump can just ignore the pardons and go forward with the prosecutions. Then the defendant can try to make the argument they were pardoned. Let it go to the SCOTUS where they will deny the entire concept of "pre-emptive" pardons, shutting down this nonsense permanently.

The case can be made that joe biden was not in his right mind while writing EO's. joe is suffering from dementia and still craps his pants! Therefore negating all of his last minute pardons to the very guilty. Pam Bondi needs to move quick and start arresting the guilty. Let's start with Anthony Fauci.

Because it is so unusual to pardon folks that have not even been investigated, let alone convicted, it does look bad. He (by ‘he’, I mean Biden’s advisors) can say they are preemptive, but it certainly makes for a presumed guilty look. It will be interesting to see if anyone tries to move some of the Fauci stuff down to a state level. Because the President only has the pardon for federal crimes it would be interesting to see if this would apply, and how many governors would do the same. But it is a very bad look. Far worse, than say the draft dodgers during Vietnam. If it can be demonstrated that some of the suspected things Fauci did and was aware of are true, that would be awful for him to get away with it.

But this is what I said there:

"Even when individuals have done nothing wrong and will ultimately be exonerated, the mere fact of being investigated or prosecuted can irreparably damage their reputations and finances," Biden added.

Ironic that Biden says that while his team spent more than a decade going after Trump for the same thing.
@Raiders22
Lets hope it stays since it doesn't break any rules.

@Midnight1 Honorable people shouldn't have anything to fear. Like I said before, Biden just told us they were guilty without having to say it.
This. In then he turns around the narrative and says it had to be done to protect them from Trump. It was the democrats that weaponized the court system against Trump, not the other way around. Yet Biden ans the democrats wants us to believe these are all fine people but Trump would possibly fabricate charges to bring against them. That's what we're going with? Did he go after anyone during his first presidency?
TIME TO BRING BACK THE OBAMA CAGES!

I hate that Joe had to do this but I believe it was the right move in protecting honorable people from the petty little man. Just to solidify how contemptible the POS is, he's already taken down the portrait of General Milley in the WH. Fake Alpha Male
Honorable people? If they were honorable, they wouldn't need a pardon, would they? Or maybe your definition of honorable means something else? Feels like we're living in bazaar-o world with the left. They say one thing, while doing the complete opposite. You do realize that the left was petty with Trump, right? It's been a smear campaign for as long as Trump has been in the spot light. The media controls your feelings. Most people that actually hate Trump don't understand why they hate them. They've just been conditioned to do so all in the sake of getting votes for the left.
The only thing you hate about sleepy, is that you believed his lies and they've been exposed and maybe you can't cope with being lied to? Do you really want to call Mr. Science honorable? Have you been keeping up with recent studies of the vax and how it moves through your body and what parts it effects? Probably not because you pushed the vax and won't admit that it might have been a mistake to be so aggressive with pushing that on people.
Good on Trump for saying he'll reinstate military that refused the vax WITH full back pay! It's about time people that stood up for what THEY believe in are rewarded.

Not looking to argue either, but with you being former military, I find it hard to believe you'd call any of these people honorable.
I'd imagine if we didn't have Mr. Science, we wouldn't have covid. So there's that. I don't think he "managed" at all. How'd that double mask work out?
Tell me why he got a pardon?

IMO Fauci got the pardon because Joe believed the POS would have tried to drag his good name through the mud. The pardon prevents that from taking place.
And let me share some things with you, not everyone in the military is honorable. Anyone who has served will most certainly concur.
I also believe Liz Cheney threw partisan politics aside & suffered the consequences. I find that honorable.
Milley, I'm sure fucked over a few in his career but he probably did more good than bad.
You still haven't said why the POS didn't replace Dr. Fauci if he was doing so much damage to the country. He certainly wasn't shy about firing people.

Honorable people have much to fear from vindictive Trump. In 2023, federal judge ordered Trump to pay $1 million to Hillary Clinton and others for completely frivolous lawsuit. He has a history of being a prolific litigant who repeatedly use the courts to seek revenge on political enemies. Survey of historians rank Trump last in integrity, moral authority and pursuit of equal justice for all.
