Poll: Nearly 60% of Americans Want Trump Charged For Insurrection

The republicans who respect our constitution hate trump,the other boot lickers like you,mcconnell,graham,gaetz and the other traitors,are the ones who have let him get away with his crimes,without suffering any consequences.You even admit that trump committed the crimes(ever so casual tho,"Ya he committed treason by trying to overturn the election results,who cares),but then justify him attacking our country,because you and him don't think Biden got 81 million votes,unfortunately for you and trump,your opinion means shit in the matter,it went to the courts and dumpy lost all 60 cases(including the supreme court where he had 3 of his own justices in there).Believe it or not,you and trump don't get to decide who wins any election.I'd be pretty sure Gore thought he won,but thats not how it works.

Then you say the people who voted for Biden should have their voting rights taken away,but the people who voted for the guy who tried to overturn the election,its fine if they keep their voting rights.And if it was up to trump,all Americans would have their voting rights taken away.If your not gonna count the votes,and live by the results of the votes,then whats the f*ckin sense of voting?Here's how you and trump want elections determined,"Okay the elections over,who got the most votes?","You know what we don't even count the votes anymore,we just ask trump who he thinks won".

The whole point to these hearings is to make sure he doesn't try to overturn the elections again,and that he is charged with the treasonist crimes that he (and you admit to him committing) committed.And you talk about the left only enforcing the law when its convenient for them,sounds like that's exactly what your doing.

Here's what you don't get to do.You can't commit a crime.Then have all the people who are on your side,run away from testifying,you yourself not testify.Then complain the testimony is one sided and against you.

The hearings won’t accomplish anything it’s purely political theatre, from a bias panel, timed to drum up attention before the midterms

Partisan divisions in this poll are 28-26-40 percent, Democrats-Republicans-independents.

Detailed Findings

This survey finds only 34% of Americans are following the hearings somewhat or very closely, including only 9% following it very closely. However, 60% believe the committee is conducting a fair and impartial investigation. Similar numbers, 58%, believe that Trump bears a good or great amount of responsibility for the events of Jan 6 and that he should be charged with a crime. Partisanship appears to be the largest driver behind these sentiments, with almost all Democrats believing Trump is responsible versus fewer than a quarter of Republicans.
