@MrWhatsItToYa No where did I say trump committed crimes against this country that made the economy and country better. Right. But that was my point. I simply do not care about Trump like you guys do. I am only concerned with the policies of Biden and the economy right now. You keep bringing up Trump and his legal issues and want me to care about them, I just don't. I am sorry that I cannot even give an informed opinion on them.
You don't care that someone tried to overturn our election results? You do your own presidential rankings, but don't take into consideration the crimes that those people have committed, into your rankings? Going along with a traitor, that's pretty bad Raider.
I mean I like money too,but in no way is it the top thing in this life.Just cause you were able to put a few more dollars in your pocket, shouldn't make the crimes trump commits, less important to you.You would being willing to tear up the Constitution, just so you could have more money?
You are always preaching about trumps great policy's.To bad the criminal and conman didn't have a policy to not break the laws of this country. To bad he didn't have a policy about not watching this country being attacked and doing absolutely nothing to stop it.Then he says "We love you. You're very special" to the people who are attacking our country. That's the kinda POS you are willing to back, just so you get more money?Let's all thank our lucky stars that Hitler isn't still alive.Cause according to your way of thinking,if he would of been able to put a few more dollars in your pocket. He's got your vote no questions asked.

You speak in some serious " generalities "
Do yourself a favor and investigate the economic growth that took place under both O'bama and Trump. You can't argue with who was the more successful president.

You don't care that someone tried to overturn our election results?
There are a lot of discussions about this in other threads and many other places online. You have chosen a side in this without much research it seems.
I would simply read up on this more.
But, absolutely I do not see it the way you do for multiple reasons.

@MrWhatsItToYa So basically what you are saying is you want to be able to badmouth Obama and Biden, but you are "not concerned" and don't want anybody else ever mentioning Bush and trump, makes sense when you really can't defend them. I can do both with all of them you listed. Try to follow what happened. The thread is about Biden and good news. The subtopic was the economic numbers that came out today. The reply I made was to indicate that there are other numbers that are not so good and getting worse. I followed that up with the quote showing that Biden is fast becoming a very bad President. It is common knowledge that most on the Right rank Obama and Biden near the bottom -- some throw Carter in the mix. So, quite obviously the guy was making an anti-Biden joke about Biden and the mortgage and interest rates and inflation. Then you come in here trying to compare Trump's legal issues, while, I guess, dismissing his good economy. Maybe you think his personal traits are all that matter and not how well he did. That was when I mentioned Biden, who is still in office, has his own stuff going on. So, my question is the same: DO YOU prefer a guy that has bad personal traits AND is GOOD for the economy OR a guy that has bad personal traits and is BAD for the economy?
I like presidents who weren't indicted. And don't allow our country to be attacked. That's the ones I'll pick every time.

@MrWhatsItToYa The only 1 who keeps Bush out of the worst president is trump. Which Bush? What are you ranking them by? Are you talking about the economy or you mean overall?
W,I actually thought his father was a decent president.Overall.

@MrWhatsItToYa The thread isn't about ex-presidents legal issues or comparing the housing market or interest rates or even folk's credit card debt. It's about positive news for this country. What could be any more positive of news in this country. Then the guy who tried to overturn our election process, looks like he's finally going to be held accountable.I'm ecstatic, just as every American should be. Alas, you are correct. It seems you guys on the Left never stick to the topic of the threads here -- you ALWAYS bring Trump up. I was responding to the title of the thread and the previous posts about the latest economic data. Then pointing out that the mortgage and interest rates and inflation are still very high. THAT has to deal with the TOPIC of the thread and the previous posts. YOU then brought Trump into it. I responded just to what you were mentioning. But not a big deal to me if you guys go off topic; there is not really a rule mandating you stick to the topic. My issue is you guys cannot multi-task and have a multi-faceted conversation; you simply bring Trump up. As everyone knows I can be long-winded and detailed and have no problem tackling a conversation with multiple subjects and details in them.
Raiders, when any lefty feels cornered or can't debate on a topic, they will deflect and often times bring up Trump.
They have a hard time focusing and staying on topic ..

No sir. The individual's money matters very, very little. The longterm stability of the economy of the country matters.
But quite obviously I factor in many other things. For example, not securing the border is especially huge. Etc., etc.
But you are trying to frame your argument with presuppositions that I think are flat-out incorrect.
There is 'no tearing up the Constitution'. Again, you assume it to be binary and it is not. You assume it is about an individual's money and it is not.

That is fine. A lot of folks even on the Right agree with that. The obvious counter is why you do NOT support someone that aligns closer to his policies than Biden's policies.
You do not HAVE to support Trump in order to realize what a disaster Biden has been. That is the Right's conundrum now.

Between trump and Biden I do support the candidate that does align with the policy's I feel are important. The ones about not breaking the laws of this country. And not attacking this country and then do nothing to stop it,to try and overturn our election results.

Raiders, when any lefty feels cornered or can't debate on a topic, they will deflect and often times bring up Trump. They have a hard time focusing and staying on topic ..
You do know the chances of it being Biden-trump in 24,are pretty high? When you guys mention Biden, who do you expect us to mention Nixon?

Always bringing Trump up when he's off topic.Cause when you are complaining about previous presidents, but then skip the one who is facing 91 charges. It looks like someone is comparing ice cream to indictments. I do dream about trump (but not nightly),I dream about the day he is convicted and the country gets to see the coward crying to the nation about how unfairly he has been treated. I guess you could include Trump if you want a comparison of how to turn the economy and country to the better.Ya,it went a little more like this.trump isn't the 1 who turned the economy around.Bush crashed it,Obama turned that around and trump went along with that.I thought you republicans were all worried about the debt. Why are you not criticizing the president who in 4 years was accountable for 25% of this countries whole debt? You speak in some serious " generalities " Do yourself a favor and investigate the economic growth that took place under both O'bama and Trump. You can't argue with who was the more successful president.trump let a cruising ship, continue to cruise.Obama saved a sinking ship, big difference slick.
Do the facts scare you ?? .... or will you continue with your worthless "generalities " ... a common theme from lefties like you.

We went through this whole conversation the last time we talked about things. It doesn't matter why I thought senior was a decent president,or why I thought W was a failure at president.
Weren't you just the guy who was complaining about me bringing up Bush, and that you wanted to stay on the topic of the thread?See that's part of the problem, you wanna talk about certain things when you want to.But then when somebody else wants to talk about the same thing, that's "something your not concerned with".

@Raiders22 Between trump and Biden I do support the candidate that does align with the policy's I feel are important. The ones about not breaking the laws of this country. And not attacking this country and then do nothing to stop it,to try and overturn our election results.
Gotcha. I can get that. Really, I do. At this point I do not agree.
But my question is why not support someone besides either of those? One who has horrendous policies and one you cannot support because of 'moral choices'.
Surely you can find a better guy to support?

Alas, you are correct. It seems you guys on the Left never stick to the topic of the threads here -- you ALWAYS bring Trump up. Lol.... oh, so that's the reason. What was the excuse for all the DEM attention on Trump " before" he announced he was running again. You guys have been continuously talking about Trump since the day he left office. You guys just can't help yourself..

Sure, it matters to me. I am always interested in when folks disagree and I want to know why? Can they support their opinions with facts or good examples? Or are they just supposing things.
We certainly did not go through this before. Because I would have told you that you brought it up and made statement you believed in; I want to know why.
But sure I want to stay on topic but you are floundering around and you brought it up and I am interested.
I am not interested in Trump's legal issues at this point -- that is correct.

Why is that? Why can you not find someone besides those two to support? One is horrendous on economic policies and one has 'moral issues'.
So why can Newsome or Clinton, DeSantis or Haley get your support instead?

Don't ever call me Shirley.
Ha,surely I can find a better person to support. But I can't really support them if they don't run,and I can't make them run.And don't ask me to say who they are, cause we discussed all that already.
But hey Shirley, couldn't you do the same thing and go for somebody different then the criminal?
