James Anderson Jr., private first class, USMC, sacrificed his life by smothering a grenade with his body in Feb. 28, 1967 at Cam Lo, South Vietnam.
Anderson Jr. was one of the African American soldiers who was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor posthumously. Bet you private Anderson Jr has saved many Caucasian comrades by smothering an North Vietnam Army (NVA) grenade in his chest and killed himself.

Mia Love... she showed me no love. I laughed so hard after hearing that. It was one of the few times I thought Trump was funny and it sounds even funnier now after she ended up ahead in her race.
Don't give love don''t get love....

Blue Wave is getting bigger. ..... Utah has a blue district Sen Flakes seat turned blue Jeff Sessions seat is true blue in bama.... MILLS here in Maine took Lepage seat. Golden upset Poliquin. .... if you look on the map of the 2016 election that went for Trump and the 2018 midterms how many counties now are blue. Democrats made huge strides in rural and suburbia. , Kavanaugh debacle just handed America a wake up call.
Trump by the odds makers is 2 to 1 and 7/4 .... to win re-election up from 3/2 and even just before the election....
The caravan of migrant workers is down to about 300 that has made it to within 300 miles of the border the rest lost to the cartels of.mexico...

I guess I'm forced to clarify since she did lose. This has to do with Utah. His comment is especially humorous because some of the people in that state don't like Trump's behavior. I believe this specifically pertains to Utah. Embracing Trump and championing his greatness would not have helped Love win her race. He shouldn't be making the comment but he's a buffoon who can't shut the hell up for one day. I'm sure you'll disagree with my remarks. Just keep in mind my opinion about intelligent people. I feel they try to be much more careful with what they'll say and how it's said. They don't want to look foolish and be embarrassed. I suspect Trump doesn't even know when he's making a fool of himself.

Sure.. some people in Utah probably didn't like candidate Trump, but the 2016 election proved many more like him than didn't..
Nevertheless,,besides soundly whipping Hillary... he beat a ..Mormon in a Mormon state.....Utah born Mormon
Evan McMullin who only received 21.5% of the vote...and that's something considering the state is over 60 % Mormon..
Looks like Mia learned the hard way..............
Embrace the force or lose..

Really? Kris Kobach, who appears to be a left guard of Donald J Trump, got beat by Laura Kelly (D) in Kansas gubernatorial race, Dave Brat as well as Martha McSally, Dean Heller all endorsed by Trump and got ousted. Dana Rohrabacher, one of the die hard Trump, supporter got his pink slip after 30 years of California 49 House seat. GOP got swept in Orange County, CA. as one of the most ruby red territory since the Great Depression.
Granted, GOP can claim victory in the Senate election but Republicans got absolutely steamrolled by the Democrats in the House campaign at the big fat margin of eight million votes.

The above loses only show, that embracing him will not guarantee a win,,but rejected or failing to ask for his support on the campaign trail....like Mia Love..... Barbara Comstock, Peter Roskam, Erik Paulsen, Carlos Curbelo and Mike Coffman..will end your political career in the Trump Republican Party..

I get your point, Slim. The Republican Party has acquiesced to Trump and so embracing Trump and supporting him is necessary, at least in primaries. However, let's stick with Utah. You alluded to Evan running there. Trump already had a problem with sounding offensive and crass back in 2016. They aren't fans of Democrats in Utah so despite their misgivings with Trump, it was always tough sledding. My point is that Trump hasn't sounded presidential since that time and some of his antics have likely turned off swing voters. That's why Love lost and is probably why she kept his distance from Trump. That's just my interpretation. You have to understand I prefer for Republicans to do Trump's bidding and for the Senate to protect him. I believe that's absolutely the worst thing they can do going into 2020.

..and I get your point about swing voters being turned off and the fact that there are not many fans off Democrats in Utah.. However Ben McAdams was a very centralist candidate,,in the fact that he would not support California Rep.
Nancy Pelosi as House Speaker ( signed an opposing letter) and insisting he would be able to work with
the President Trump..
So,in a way Ben embraced President Trump a little more than Mia..

Cindy Hyde-Smith in Mississippi wants to sit in the front row for a public hanging. Now that's what I'm talking about! Telling us what You stand for, who You stand with and what You believe. Piggy can't make a 5 minute drive to Arlington but can head to Mississippi for this racist wench? He wants her to "hang in there."
I prefer Senate candidates who don't make jokes about the lynching of their opponents. I also like candidates that are pro-democracy.
Mississippi is #1 in poverty; 49th in healthcare; 50th in economic growth & 50th in opportunity; 1st in lynchings. Do you think it's time for a change?
Piggy supported 31 mid-term candidates; 28 lost. Keep up the good work! Have fun tomorrow night with your racist Mississippi base you POS.

Democrat TJ Cox pulls almost 400 votes ahead of David Valadao (GOP) in California House 21, the steamroll keeps tumbling down on top GOP in U.S. House race.

That's not exactly a Blue wave.....it still leaves Republicans in secure control over 2.5 out of three branches of government...and they still hold the majority of governorships........you can not surf on that wave..too small.

the region that was won was the suburbs. The republicans lost the districts that make their side of this debate relevant. Picking up two seats with so many democratic encumbamts up for re election is not a win it is a huge loss. In 2020 the number of incumbent Republicans up for re election is a lot greater than 6 . And now with no more platform with any resemblance of the GOP 20 years ago their majority is going to quickly evaporate.
Having nothing to show for the last two years but a huge tax cut for the most wealthiest citizens is not going to bode well and the meetoo along with we will remember in November I bet house Senate and presidency as well of the governorships clearly the Democrats have more work to do ut it is very attainable
