Good news. 

So far the Biden administration has sent aid to Ukraine in an amount that is actually less than four weeks worth of what we were spending on the war in Afghanistan, which the republicans started 20 years ago, which thankfully Biden ended, stopping that huge waste of tax payer money of $300 million per day.

Precisely!  People forget just how expensive that republican-started war was costing us.  Each and every week of that war was costing US taxpayers over $2 BILLION. 

At least the war that was started in the middle east was as a result of us being attacked on our soil, which does leave us with a more vested interested. There had to be some retaliation based on 9/11. There is zero value to Americans in aiding the war in Ukraine. Russia didn't attack us for their to be a necessary response. It's not just the money being given in aid it is the military equipment and technology as well. Call it whatever you want but one started with a cause to fight terrorism and the other is aid well and above what is necessary. Humanitarian efforts sure, but the wallet to fight a war against Russia is endless. It's a well know fact how wars with Russia will take place. All long term.

Can't even compare the war to fight terrorism with the Ukraine situation. We could have pulled out of the middle east sooner but the cause of being there to begin with was necessary based on an attack on US soil first. Just be real. What is the war on Ukraine giving the American people? And if you say it has to do with oil then there in lies the problem.

 Funny you should bring that up.Iraq never attacked us either time we went to war with them.The 1st one with Bush#1 as president was much more like we are doing with Ukraine,except we're not sending our military into harms way.Iraq invaded Kuwait,just like Russia is invading the country of Ukraine,and we sent our military in to protect the country of Kuwait.I believe it was more we were worried about Iraq messing things up in the middle east,and us worried about that effecting our access to oil.More then us really caring about the country or people of Kuwait.Gee I don't really remember republicans crying about us defending another country then,and in that conflict,it was some of our military that were actually the ones dying.That must be because it was a republican president in office at the time,so the republicans were fine with it.How much did we spend on that conflict?

The 2nd time we fought Iraq under Bush#2 had nothing to do with us "being attacked on our own soil"as you pointed out.Afghanistan was harboring the people who attacked us on 9-11,Iraq had nothing to do with it.Although Bush made it perfectly clear he wanted to try and put the blame on Iraq from the very beginning.So again your statement is complete bullsh*t.I'm starting to see why you like trump so much,you bullsh*tters sure do stick together. 

Right, because terrorist keep addresses. The whole point of me mentioning it was that we were over there because we were attacked on our own soil. That was our effort to retaliate against those that took the fight to us. The message was, if you knowingly harbor terrorists then you are just as much to blame for their actions. That's exactly what happened. Taking our Saddam was necessary to me because of the way he treated his own people, plus he was a terrorist in his right.

Don't get it twisted. We went over there for a purpose after we were attacked and that is what I am referring to which is also the reference to Afghanistan that the bloke keeps referencing. 9/11 happened and we went to the middle east to hunt the terrorists responsible. The action was necessary in response to the attack.

You are correct about us having to go to Afghanistan because we were attacked,but we spent 910 billion (in 2019 dollars) on that,and the republicans couldn't even accomplish what we went there for to begin with,to kill Bin Laden.They had to wait until a democrat (Obama) came in office to accomplish that mission.

Now let's get into something even more important then dollars spent on wars,us losing members of our military(You know,where kids don't get to have their father in their lives and families don't get to have their loved ones),which in NOT happening to us in the Ukraine situation.

Persian Gulf War-383 US military members died,doesn't seem like a lot,but it's still 383 families who lost a loved one.

Iraq War-4,410 US military members died.

Afghan War-2,285 US military members died.

So that brings a total of 

2,026,000,000,000 dollars spent,that's 2 Trillion dollars.

And 7,078 US military members killed.

By wars that republican presidents have started,and you sit here and cry about what Biden's doing,shut the fuck up you hypocritical piece of garbage.

MAGA fools whining about the money spent aiding Ukraine ignore the fact their republicans started a war that lasted 20 years and was costing $300 million every day aginst our budget funded by our taxpayers.

 I find it hilarious how you think I am a Trump advocate or a Democratic hater. I dislike both parties and have made that clear. Just like religion, not all is good and you can take some from party and some from another party but the reality is that no politician is for the benefit of all of the people because that would be impossible to be realistic. The fact that you think I am supporting Trump in any of my posts is what this forum has become. You can't talk about the issues without someone figuring your taking sides as a Republican or Democrat. Open your eyes. There is way more to life than the 2 party system that is failing, yet you somehow think I am a Trump supporter...Hilarious. In fact, I have stated multiple times that the government as a whole is failing the American people on so many issues, but for people of this forum to pump up Biden like they are doing is just wrong. Biden isn't doing anything. 

The only ideology I support is change in our government. Politicians need to go. It needs to be ran more like a business and stop giving out so many handouts. I think it's time we elect people that have solid business backgrounds not those who came up through the ranks of the corrupted political chain. Something does have to change though. One of the main reasons why people flock to our country is because we cater to them. No other country has handouts through a welfare system like we do in America. The handouts are endless and unorganized and definitely not monitored. From a business perspective, and coming from someone who owns and operates a business, handouts are just a bad business decision unless you are looking for something in return. 

It's sad that you resort to acting like I am a Trump supporter when I have never said that nor implied that, but I guess that's how this forum acts. Just because I may support an issue that is backed by any politician doesn't mean I am for our against them. I don't go around this site copying and pasting endless kudos for a president that has really done nothing because quite frankly there has not been any good to discuss. Handouts don't count as changing anything, they simply just add more to the issues we already have. Stop the handouts and watch the country go through its changes. Milking funds form a State, local or Federal program is just bad, especially when most of the handouts are just mismanaged and carried on for far too long, at least in California.
