But at least @MrWhatsItToYa will discuss things somewhat.
But here, let me ask you for the 4th time "Mr Only Somewhat Discuss Something",did you vote for the person you called a "loser"?

According to Pew research, Biden is popular for investing in infrastructure, lowering drug costs, helping US recover from pandemic and strengthening economy. Oddly, there is more media coverage of Biden's fitness for office than that of twice impeached Trump the worst president in US history. Age isn't everything.

Trump is ranked the most polarizing president in survey of historians from American political science association. He turns Americans against each other. No other president has so many allies turned into enemies. During his presidency, US was poorly governed, divided, ugly and weak.

It was not a put down. So do not take it that way. I just meant that you will do a back and forth but get bogged down or wander into various topics instead of the one someone was actually discussing with you.
Like the one you keep asking about here. How is that relevant to exactly what was being discussed?
It has to be completely understood by now where I stand. If I had the opportunity to choose any Republican over any Democrat in the last several elections — that is what I would do.
I assume the same for you. I assume you would take Biden or Clinton or Obama over any Republican in the last several years.
So, it does not follow that because one of the guys/gal you voted for did something you disagreed with or lost, that is a complete reflection on them — or you for voting for them. Because I am sure, according to your standards, their good outweighed the bad. Or their potential had they won.
So, whether I liked Romney as my guy or not, I supported him at the end. Just as Trump was not my guy at the start — but in the end I supported him.
The questions come where there is disagreement on policies and the direction that you want the country to go in and how effective the guys were.
I get that Trump does not win a lot of folks over with his attitude and demeanor. Whereas, maybe Romney could have. BUT Romney was never generating the interest and support from folks that Trump did, just from a charismatic standpoint. I also, never saw the potential in Romney, nor McCain to bring in some fence-sitters or any on the Left.
You kind of knew what sort of political leaders and what type of policies they would be and support.
Now even some of those people have to look at some of Trump’s policies and contrast them with Obama and Biden and, maybe, decide they were better — and might be going forward.
The issue is still the never-Trumpers on the Right and the fence-sitters.

But sooner or later people will vote their pocket book and safety/security.
But even a Liberal can support a candidate on the Right and not be a ‘traitor’. He just has to decide that overall it is best for him and his family and the country.
It does not have to, necessarily, follow that all of a sudden you no longer support Liberal social issues, for example. It can just be that you decide the other 2-3 issues are more important at that time.
The same may apply to Conservatives at some point — I just do not think this is a point where that would apply.
Then you can have the Congress tamp down any drastic social change that Liberals might not like.
However, the Leftists will never support Trump or anyone from the Right. Because their entire agenda outweighs anything in the above-mentioned categories. The Leftist is not always the same as the Liberal category.
So, there are a lot of dynamics here. Just because a person supported Romney does not mean they will support Trump; some that did not support Romney will now support Trump; and there looks to be some fence-sitters that will be swayed this time; and lastly, some Liberals may be swayed.
But nearly always it comes down to whether a person cares more about any of those categories than Trump’s mean and derisive attitude. People do not like that and are easily offended nowadays. You see this in all areas today — even in sports where old-school coaches do not work anymore. Same with jobs and hardcore bosses, etc.
The Leftist will never be swayed and some are very disappointed that a more radical candidate was not available at the end for them to support.

The NY Times, CNN, MSNBC aren't helping his case either. They bring up the age issue everyday in one form or another, along with Christine Welker on MTP. I realize being on a long respected platfrom that she has to play both sides. But the subject of age doesn't have to be reinforced every week on the show. They need to move on and talk about Biden's accomplishments, or Trump's lack of...If I was a conspiracy theorist, I would be thinking all of these news outlets want Trump to win and get back to the WH so they can get four more years of covering him 24/7. The problem with that theory is the only prize you get at the end of the four years is an autocratic gov't. Now that the REAL campaign has begun, everytime a liberal brings up Biden's age, a republican smiles...Stop doing that Dems! We all know Biden is old and Trump is stupid...Move on.

It was a jab,you could of easily said "Mr will discuss things",but you had to add the little jab.No biggie, you can write whatever you want.
Ya,and you never go back and forth about flying helicopters over hurricane areas, high definition video.Which have absolutely nothing to do with the thread.
You ask "How was my question relevant to exactly what was being discussed"?Cause you called Romney a loser, and I was curious if you voted for the guy you were calling a loser",that's all I wanted to know.It really wasn't that big of a big deal,I just never thought I'd have to ask you 4 times about it to get an answer. You said Romney was a "loser",hows me asking if you voted for him not keeping with what was being discussed? You were discussing Romney.
Well it depends on what you consider to be "in the last few years".The last republican I voted for in a presidential election was McCain.Just because my view was nobody probably loves this country and has sacrificed more for this country, then a man that was put through what he went through.Plus I'm from Illinois and I don't remember Obama doing much as a senator in this state. But he turned out to be a really good president, one of the best in my lifetime. When is the last time you voted for a democrat in a presidential election?
Ya trumps only issues are his attitude and demeanor, couldn't be that every word that comes out of his mouth is a lie.Couldn't be that he's a conman and a criminal.Couldn't be that he brags about sexually assaulting women.Couldn't be that he treats people who he views as below him, like pieces of garbage.Couldn't be that he believes Putin over our own intelligence agency's.Couldn't be that he insulted a war hero by calling him a loser for getting captured in a war that trump ran from. That's as far as his political career should of went, the very second he said that statement it should of been over.

But sane republicans respond to that allegation saying this could not be true
because Democrats would never worship trump under any circumstances!

Kari Lake, a prominent dumbass election denier running for a Senate seat in Arizona, after the voters chose a Democrat over her for Governor, has decided not to contest her liability in a defamation suit brought by a Republican election official in Maricopa County.
Stephen Richer, who presided over the county’s 2022 election, filed a defamation claim against Lake in June alleging that she “repeatedly and falsely accused" him of causing her electoral defeat in the race for governor won by Democrat Katie Hobbs.
Lake’s legal team on Tuesday filed a default judgment motion that indicated she was not challenging her culpability.
