Fully vaccinated people can gather unmasked and indoors for Easter, CDC says The CDC's tweets this week are based on already existing CDC guidance for fully vaccinated individuals -- meaning it's been two weeks since they received their second dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech or Moderna vaccines, or it's been two weeks since they received the single dose of Johnson & Johnson's vaccine.
Ok. Why would the vaccinated inside a church service worry about the unvaccinated? My point is they are supposedly protected by the vaccine and the unvaccinated take care of themselves by other means such as nutrition, vitamins, exercise and the proper amount of sleep.
In my scenario everybody is safe and the unvaccinated have a higher survivability percentage. That would be about 99.97%.

Finally, you make a reasonable point.
There may be other reasons too, but the one that comes to mind immediately is that these vaccines are NOT even fully proven 90% effective. There is debate that one is believed to be only 80% effective at best, and even these numbers are not yet known to hold with all the new "variants" currently making their way around the nation. Thus there is that 10% - 20% chance of infection even when vaccinated, but obviously these odds are better when the gathering does not include UNvaccinated persons.
That's why.
We must remember, viral mutations occur when the original strain is allowed to spread. As it passes from each infected host to another, very small mutations occur. In time, the mutated virus becomes significantly different from the "original" - and therefore, may no longer be stymied by the vaccine created specifically for that "original." Then we are in the very unfortunate place we DON'T want to be in -- starting all over. Much of Europe is currently experiencing this!
In effect, when trump and his accomplices downplayed the pandemic and basically allowed the original coronavirus to proliferate without any meaningful nor timely FEDERAL response to halt the spread (this is extremely well documented, btw) he/they also unwittingly allowed opportunity for the virus to repeatedly mutate. Stop the spread quickly, no mutations. Allow it to proliferate, and given enough time and mutations, virtually a new virus that may be fully resistant to current vaccines.

Trump lover Ted Nugent Tests Positive for COVID After Repeatedly Calling the Pandemic a 'Hoax': 'I Thought I Was Dying'
He referred to his symptoms as a "clusterf--k", detailing the "stuffed-up head" and "body aches" he's experienced. "My God, what a pain in the ass. I literally can hardly crawl out of bed the last few days. But I did, I crawled."
Nugent has been known to spread false information about the pandemic, referring to the virus as a "leftist scam to destroy" Trump.
"It's not a real pandemic and that's not a real vaccine, I'm sorry," he falsely argued.

Some great news. Chauvin convicted on all three charges!
Indeed great relief. With Chauvin's conviction, justice is served at least once in awhile. Hopefully, this verdict is the beginning of change to systemic racism.

(CNN) A conservative group is launching an effort to track and evaluate whether Republicans in Congress, in the group's view, have acted to either undermine or uphold democracy and democratic values and what role, if any, they played in attempts to overturn the 2020 election.
The Republican Accountability Project has created what it's calling a "GOP Democracy Report Card," which assigns grades to Republican members of Congress ranging from an "A," which the group describes as excellent, to an "F," which it describes as very poor.
Only 14 Republicans in Congress received an "A," the highest possible grade.
In contrast, more than 100 Republicans received an "F,"the lowest possible grade.
