How exactly is Trump doing this? Can you explain? I asked someone else and they could not. I am interested in specifically what the king dope has done to make things better, outside some generic lame LIBERALISM remark.

I do not see anything he personally has done and this tax plan for sure is not making life better for the majority...you know the middle and lower class that got the electoral college votes for him?

One thing I like about the plan is I predict it will keep the market growing (more money invested, high confidence)... and I have most of my money invested.   Wall Street is where the money is at guys... not so much taxes.   So much money.  Invest!

I want to pay as little as possible in taxes, to fund the government as minimally as possible-
I believe in personal responsibility and accountability-
I don't care what you choose to do with your life- just don't send me the bill-
I'll take care of myself and my family- you do the same-
I need the federal government for very little beyond defense- I would prefer my taxes be on a local level...

Their talking points are so sophomoric and trite.

It never ends with GOP. I swear.

Family! Gender! Responsibility! Accountability! Low taxes!

And then when you call them out on their continuous regurgitation of this, they SCREAM, you don't want this??!? Ignoring all the complexities, as though the world and government is cut and dry, like playing a SIMS video game.

These are very sick brain damaged individuals.

And they ruin the fuc+info country. And Trump is the hammer we have to suffer for their stupidity.

I am selfish- everyone is selfish- at least I'm up front and admit it-

I share some of your opinions inside my house and there alone, I live in a society where there are other viewpoints, other sexual preferences for people and all these people live, breathe and exist here and they deserve the same rights and freedoms you do.

Sure- but don't teach my kid (in schools that my tax dollars pay for)  that it's normal for Steve to stick his pee-pee in Ted's anus...it's not..
Sexual deviants should be called such...sorry- I guess that's tough love..

I dont care about same sex marriage, it has no bearing on me personally and I know many many people who are same sex partners and I view them the same as I view you or me or anyone...it means nothing to me so my view is if the union exists inside the law and they are living a more fulfilling life, what else matters?

    See above...

Funding government on minimal taxes is impossible, you cannot live in a large society and want to stand on your little plot of land and not exist, you benefit from the government in many many ways and you cannot quantify that benefit and put a price on it...and the odds are HIGH that as you age you will start taking more proportionally than you do now and your narrow viewpoint will modify (exactly the same thinking my inlaws have and as they have become net takers on society their opinions have changed).

I care about myself and my family- your well being is of no concern to me..
I don't trust the government to be a good steward with my money- so give it to me, I'll do with it what I will, and never come asking for anything-
Health insurance- I'll pay my premiums, and never ask the government for anything-leave me out of it...

You cannot force a standard of living or course of action on someone else...so you taking care of your family is nice and congrats for that but you live in a society where you cannot force others to behave a certain way, yet you live amongst them and so you are connected to them and everyone in society shares this connection and responsibility. I am not thrilled with how some people take more than they give and take advantage...but I am for sure smart enough to understand the concept of living in a large society and the downsides of doing so.

I cannot force a standard of living, I can only assume mine- but I'm not responsible for everyone else- I'm responsible for me-

I'll take care of me...you take care of you (and don't send me the f*cking bill)-

You cannot pull the Texas viewpoint and this local schtick for the exact reason Texas cannot...you benefit from more than a LOCAL perspective by living in a large society...so unless you want to lose all the benefits of living in said society you will pay for that opportunity and it does not mean you can alienate yourself and yet take from the larger union. If you want to live as you are describing this for sure is not the country you should live in and it has never been that place. I do not think the place you want to live exists with the benefits and opportunities you receive with no downside or flaws..

I'll pay local taxes- even if higher than current, because I have more influence over local politics/issues-

We had this discussion a long while back and your logic is flawed, you are obviously not understanding that the standard and quality of life you have is because of this society...you earn what you do because of this society, you have interstate roads and transport, you have a national electric grid and telecommunications, you have a beautiful country with many freedoms because of the society you live...with all its flaws and shortcomings, your life is better because of all the states and federal government..you cant pick and choose like you want, it is implausible and flawed in logic and you already know all this.

My quality of life and standard of living are because of decisions I made as an individual, not because society somehow decided to bestow them on me- so get out of here with that bullshyte..

    I'll start...

     Let's start with two genders...
Make the case for more than two genders, specifically, federal recognition of more than two genders...

    Stumped?

    Ok-
Make the case for happy marriage- specifically vs civil unions (what does "marriage" afford that a civil union would not?)-

    OK-
    Let's try again-

I want to pay as little in taxes, and fund the government as minimally as possible...

Make the case for the opposite...

    I'm just looking for debate...

If my ideas are so wrong, surely there's a compelling case from the other side...

    It's funny-
My ideas get bashed, but when broken down one by one- not a f*cking peep...

    I expected more from WSC-
Scalabrine is the covers version of Al Sharpton (wakes up overmatched), so didn't expect much from him...

I would think that at least some semblance of personal pride would make you go down swinging- perhaps not...

    Ok
    Let's continue...

I don't care what you choose to do with your life- just don't send me the bill-

This may be the one that I think is most important...

I am responsible for the choices I make in my life- I am not responsible for yours- don't drag me into it, don't send me the bill- I have zero interest in your problems, since I had no role in them...

Gonna split the last one into two...

I need the federal government for very little beyond defense..

Absolutely true- being the giving person I am, I'll grant a few points higher for infrastructure, etc...

Constitutionally, what should I pay the federal government for?

    dsn,

You are making assumptions all over the place and are wanting the benefit of the society to YOU without any responsibility or cost.

I dont know what your profession is but I guarantee you if your local state whatever it is were to be its own island and not have any interaction, inter connectivity, no possible way for you to conduct commerce outside your local "country" your salary and standard of living would be dramatically different.

You do understand that the reason you live as you do, that you make money as you do, that you get to use your cell phone, tv, your car, your healthcare, your food sources etc etc etc are all because of this society that you do not want to contribute to?

The US as a society has many many flaws and many takers, no question about it....but even with all the flaws, the taxation, the squandering of money our country is still superior as to freedoms and standard of living especially for those outside the poverty zone.

If you are worried about education of your kids, how about YOU educate at home before they get any education at school? As a parent we have been educating from birth and being in front of what our kiddo sees at school and teaching that what we feel is important and what we value might not be what others do and that is OK...do not judge and think badly about others who are different. Our kiddo has MANY friends who have called themselves to be LGBT and the schools here discuss things with parent permission and I am not afraid of my kiddo learning about others who are different...I welcome it. If your kids know they can come to you and you wont judge them or make them feel awkward then you can tell them pretty much anything and they will learn and find out for themselves.

I do not fear that teaching about LGBT in schools has ANY impact on what my kiddo decides is best in their life, plus if that is the inclination I most positively do not want them to try and suppress it and live a miserable life trying to deny what their feelings are...but then again you do not get taught about feelings and what is in your mind and soul from some educator in school.
