Who made the original comment, Rush went to hilarious MAGA America means Trump is a politician who cares about America. I did watch that cornball commercial for Bobby that ticked off the family on Superbowl day. I thought it was catchy and funny but Bobby is for sure not like RFK or even JFK as to being a leader and a unifier.

 My reply is about America, sorry that America outside of Trump and the GOP offends you or bothers you but unfortunately for the GOP minority, the US population is more diverse and the common vote shows that. America is not GOP exclusive, it includes people DIFFERENT than you, than your political party and conservative views. America is more liberal than I am for sure and Trump is not concerned about America, he is concerned about his own selfish interests and mindset, so please do not confuse Trump and America, they are not the same.

Find a politician who is inclusive to EVERYONE, even those who are different than you and try to stop minimizing people who think and act differently than you. Everyone deserves rights, representation, consideration, all the stuff you think is so great about our country.

Can you name any of the bold mentioned above? They are all out for themselves and their own party and they use the public to gain power.

 Current you are right, but as citizens of a large union filled with people who are completely different than we are but are AS deserving of respect, consideration, kindness and benefits we should CONSIDER everyone in what politician we support.

The problem is people choose politicians selfishly to serve THEIR interests and beliefs, what THEY feel is right...we live in a society with people who are different an opposite. We should seek out leaders, politicians who are inclusive to everyone and vote accordingly, not to our selfish narrow beliefs and narratives.

That is what we all should seek out and pursue and stand against those who are not.

Public policy shouldn't be based on " respect" , " consideration " , " kindness" ,  " benefits" , or " inclusive" .  Your clue that these  left wing talking points are off the mark is they aren't found all that often,  if at all ( particularly those last two) in our nation's founding documents .

But words like  freedom,  opportunity,  individuality,   independence and equality ( not equity, pay attention) are found quite frequently.

I think your resources of information are dated and you are reluctant to step outside your box.  Take your blinders off and expand your horizons beyond your traditional BOOMER information and media sources.  

I find it difficult to comprehend how you can intelligently understand and comment on the realities of complex foreign policy, complex foreign global dynamics, complex domestic economic polices but continue to come up short on deciphering through the bull shitt that is US mainstream media and how they shape and control the dynamics around US politicians and power spheres.

 Oh I completely disagree with your reply. PUBLIC policy must be based on everything you said shouldnt. Policy represents and guides ALL of the citizen public not just yours and your political party.

Why do you suggest that representation of ALL is a left concept? Do you live in a society or is this a republic of the GOP conservative extreme? We live in a massive society and all deserve representation and consideration. Policy has to represent everyone and in ways you may not agree with because the population as a whole is more than just you and the GOP.

I also did not say Democrats or LEFT, that was you, I said policy is for everyone, not just your party..as per what you said. I think policy IS for your party and this party and that party and NO party, it is for everyone. The founding fathers were slave owners and deniers of equal rights, they were not perfect and were seriously flawed. Conservative is your gig and you can have your views as much as another person has theirs. Policy is not reliant on a political party or extremes, it actually needs to serve as many as possible and be inclusive to ALL in society.

So since my taxes went up then me saying it was a scam is dumb...got it. Did you answer my question, why did we need this bracket implosion in the first place? We run a deficit and we are not needing overhauls which are not adding value to the situation. I never saw a comprehensive explanation of why it was needed and why it also did not include scrapping or modifying the AMT which is a middle class money grab.
