Given that George spoke the truth only when he thought he was in private but then back-peddled as soon as he found out otherwise, no, I don't think you will see any retraction.

New York Times columnist Ezra Klein appeared on The Bulwark Podcast Tuesday and revealed what "top Democrats" have told him off the record as they panic over whether they should support or abandon President Biden on their ticket.
"People are weighing this set of things. Like, ‘It would be quite unpleasant for me personally to come out against the president as an elected official in the Democratic Party,' and weighing what will happen if Donald Trump wins, and saying, in a revealed preference way, ‘I can live with Donald Trump winning,’" Klein said. "And I've heard people say that to me off the record, to be fair-"
"Really?" podcast host Tim Miller reacted.
"I've had top Democrats say to me, basically, say something like, ‘I don’t know why all these Democrats who think Donald Trump is an existential threat to democracy are acting the way they are. But the reason I'm acting the way I am is because I don't think that,'" Klein continued.
"Who the f--- is this?" an angered Miller exclaimed. "Out your sources, Ezra!"
"I find it maddening, but I do find it consistent," Klein responded.
Klein later told Miller, "I think you have to at some point say, whatever these Democrats are saying in public, they're more resigned and more willing to just be the resistance to a Trump presidency than a lot of their public-facing rhetoric would suggest."
"You have a calm voice, but you're skyrocketing my f---ing blood pressure right now," Miller said. "Ezra, I'm just, like, so f---ing mad."

The White House has formally announced that Biden will veto the Republican bill that seeks to prevent noncitizens from voting. There is no hiding it now. This "steal" whining complaining foundation of the RNC makes zero sense from a vote and that crummy EC standpoint to me. It is funny though that the steal and the election vote complaining only comes when the RNC loses, not when it is stolen in their favor like the last two times a candidate lost and snuck in with the EC.
What does not make sense to me is the logic behind where this alleged DNC theft, stealing, manipulating etc takes place. The strongest and heaviest DNC state to me is California, the RNC hasnt won there in how long? That is where the "illegals" would be stealing cheating corrupting the election because that is the POOL of the potential illegals voters. So Calif is a LOSS even before this cry baby scheme deal comes around, so even if that is an alleged steal it doesnt not impact the RNC at all, in zero fashion because they are not going to get the EC votes there no matter what...so where else is this voter theft scheme going on that has material impact?
Arizona swings election to election it can go either way and with the increase in population down here I would think that it benefits the DNC more than the RNC but the EC number here is low...so just going off the "illegals" are stealing the vote and the election farce we have to stay where the illegals are and where the impact is. Texas is another illegals haven but Texas is usually pretty solid RNC so not sure how that can be crafted as a narrative, same goes for the ultra conservative toxic south belt outside of Georgia which swings back and forth.
I would strongly say that the scheme is the EC much more than this "non-citizen" mumbo jumbo theft stealing narrative, the true theft of elections is the outdated and unnecessary EC, that needs to be junked like 50 years ago...the purpose it served is no longer a national issue. People can move wherever the crap they want and they do, there is no need to hold onto a scheme like the EC given the ease of transit and commerce, the migration of our population as it moves from older metro heavy areas outwards and the true reason for the EC was equity away from the heavy costal population density..that no longer exists.
So when the RNC destroys the EC (which they wont, it is the only way they can win) then we can do the eyeball scan for elections that validates the crackpot RNC theorist, but I do not see how ANY of the issue has validity or merit. When was the last time an RNC first term president had a tight election that they did not win via the crappy EC scheme?

Neither of these two topics address your question, and the only important question.... WHY would anyone, regardless of their political affiliations or non-affiliations, be in favor of NON-US citizens voting in our upcoming US Presidential elections.

Schemes are schemes...why does the RNC focus on scheme agendas as a means to explain the repeated losses they have in the general elections and not the bigger scheme which is the EC?
You and Uni realize that this comes off as a scheme and whining since it only comes up around elections and the scheme steal narrative comes ONLY from the RNC. Talk about deflection, this unrealistic voter ploy is at best a long shot nightmare endeavor...is the goal of the RNC to throw out as many voters/votes that they can on technicalities?
It might be the reason for the RNC losing general election after general election is not about technicalities and legal quagmires and more that their conservative agenda does not and is not resonating with the general population..

You are falling for ultra conservative bot agenda click bait with what you posted. There are so many negative outcomes from voter suppression schemes like this. I dont know of anyone who is against the concept of American citizens voting but this scheme is not about citizen/non-citizen and that is likely why Biden is against it (and he is right btw).
The RNC has created a new deflection scheme to overly complicate and throw legal complexities into our election process ONLY for the sake of suppression. It is already a PITA to vote as it stands and the RNC wants to make it more difficult, more time consuming, more hoops, more reasons to keep away more voters from participating in elections.
Who is going to facilitate these measures, the government? free volunteer inexperienced people off the street? Paid corporations who can be manipulated to make a narrative and create a massive RNC blob monster legal nightmare with claims of fraud and illegal voting? What is the framework for this scheme and how is it implemented? How long is it going to take to get legal approval through the courts to vet out this nonsense and try to make it as simple as possible and completely free from RNC legal tantrums or suppression schemes?
I get the agenda, this same stuff has been going on and is likely forwarded by the legal cheat himself Trump...never in the history of my life have I ever seen more fake legal posturing and whining than the last election..and yet nothing at all came of it. What came of it is a tidal wave of agenda creation about fake elections and voter fraud, of ballot illegalities, machine manipulation and collusion of workers and officials. Well, to be fair, there were found to voting irregularities...Sure, not enough to make a difference but that is not how it should be viewed...why should there be any such voting irregularities in this day and age whatsoever with the technology and resources we have at our disposal...to accept anything less than precise voting regularities we should be ashamed of ourselves...this is a vote for the Presidency, the highest position on the planet, not some local measure....
I would think twice before batting an eye at what was uncovered and the fact that it is not entirely fixed still...I reported on this already but out in California a the most recent primaries, there was still a debacle at the voting polls....It's quite ridiculous really to accept the nonsense that is and is not playing out properly at the polls and how voting is handled....collectively, as a country, we should be embarrassed at how this handled if you ask me...will always be an issue in close elections until the shit is streamlined by teh Feds for every State....
