Meanwhile, Joe Biden, the presumptive presidential nominee, was missing in action for most of last week; his absence caused #WhereIsJoe to trend on Twitter and sparked conspiracy theories that the 77-year-old is ill. A source told ABC that Biden desperately wanted to be in daily contact with Americans, but was facing a few logistical challenges to video briefings; the ceilings in his home were low, you see, making lighting a challenge.
If Biden can’t figure out a home studio, I don’t know how he is going to solve a global health crisis. Unless coronavirus kills us all first, it seems highly likely that we have another four years of Trump to look forward to.

Their undiagnosed mental health issues are not my concern as we move forward in life.
I just hope they dont wind up on the 6pm local news one random day going postal on their community.

I live rural, big cities are a petri dish. I lived in Toronto for 35 yrs. No concern for me contracting this at all. I fish lobster 2 mos every yr. The other ten i spend getting drunk or sobering up.
Lobster may be cancelled this year waiting for word from dept of fisheries. No market if price is too low we couldnt cover fuel/ bait, let alone paying a helper.
My cousin's wife has an uncle in Victoria who tested positive, he is around 70.
My uncle who is originally from Italy has lost 2 cousins and several childhood friends, all in their early 70s.
My entire family from childhood is still in Winnipeg, and luckily Manitoba has done very well to contain it and limit its spread.
Toronto is going to get really hard very soon...already 80 new reported cases in the past 24hrs...eventually it will hit someone here within my social circle.

The industry in Key West was rebounding from Hurricane Irma but then we had the tariff bullshit hit the lobster market & China wouldn't accept any live lobster & the Keys depended on that during China's Lunar New year and wedding thats feature live lobsters.
Normally they would get $11-12 per pound. That price dropped by $5 per pound.
Devastating.
Yeh, people railing now, health over economy, dont understand the economic collapse coming.
To me this virus is a giant play. A political/economy play. But i live soo isolated that im not influenced the way people might be freaked out in mero areas.
The trickle down will destroy the economy, the same people, will make the same money for the 3rd time in 20 yrs
Lobster season hasn't been cancelled yet. But no boats will leave the wharf at 2.00 per lb.
