Dude. I like debating with you but science is science. It is the one thing that does not lie. Evidence is evidence. It can't be spun. Either the world is changing or it is not.

Evidence is evidence even if it's made up..right?
It's not about denying the change, but about rejecting the absolute attribution and the solution ....

I got news for the climate people who have now become like the church of Scientology{Which is my way of saying they're a cult} Here's the news: When God says time's up for the Earth than time is up and it won't matter how much Co2 you get rid of
I'd be more likely to take Climate Change seriously if the messenger wasn't a guy who lost the 2000 Presidential election to a guy that couldn't construct 3 sentences in a row

Gore lost Arkansas and Tennessee. Imagine that. The Dems complain about chads in Florida but do not admit they could not win in the states of Clinton and Gore. That should tell you something. The 'truth' is always an inconvenience to the Left. MAGA! Darn it!

Seems like conservation and today's conservative could not be more polar opposite. We have the Sheldon ice shelf breaking away from Antarctica the north pole tips out at 85 degrees but the climate is not changing. .... How is it you can not be good Stewarts of this planet and a conservative? Science bs this is fantasy land .

Even if you did EVERYTHING the way the climate people said you should to "fix" the climate it would have little impact. Al Gore believes the only people who can fix the climate is the government because the gov't has done such a GREAT job in other areasGore's a typical democrat: Fossil Fuels and Climate change is bad and because of that i'm going to fly on my leer jetSame way Warren says women should get equal pay and women working for her get paid 25-35% less than a man for the same job
You want to know why the earth is hotter? because the sun's hot

The Energy Transitions Commission’s (ETC) report claims “additional
investments of around $300-$600 Billion per annum do not pose a major
macroeconomic challenge,” which they say will help the world meet the
goals laid out in the Paris agreement.
ETC is made up of energy executives, activist leaders and investment
bankers, including former Vice President Algore, who would no doubt get
a piece of the Trillions of dollars they are calling for........That’s a $15 Trillion price tag to theoretically limit future global warming.
I think they are shooting to low.... $15 Trillion won't even scratch the surface they need to go for 30 Trillion...

Fine democrats get oil money for elections as well so the climate isn't changing drastically? We have the storm of the century nearly every year. Ozone is evaporating . we have now a passable north west passage to Bering straight. But some how that is the hoax? Are all ultra right wing republicans just blind? .... Science show me the science that this is not happening. Who to blame again who cares we must address the consequences and prepare for the inevitable. Rising sea levels warmer temperatures and shifting perciptation patterns Oregon a cold climate rain forest is getting very little rain as it floods the deserts of death valley Cali. Florida they say is sinking no the water is rising. Virginia and south Carolina low lands are becoming swamp lands. But nothing is happening? Again conservation and republican agenda of scorcthed the earth you might die in a few is just sick. Shit and get mentality news flash there is no where to go your here.

The climate has been "changing" ever since the planets creation and it will continue to change until it's expiration. Good luck trying to control it...

Technically, the damage has already been done and can't be reversed, only slowed down at this point. Of course, that's if you actually believe what an expert said after studying Antarctica for over 20 years. I don't form opinions on subjects I don't possess enough knowledge for, which I suspect nobody on here could actually teach science so perhaps deferring to the experts would be wise. The sea level is going to rise several feet over the next few decades and you can't do a damn thing about it except prepare for the inevitable. You do think that'd get reasonable people living in places that'll be comprised, namely Florida, to start considering options for the future so they can handle the crisis properly.

Ok valid argument so how does man Today adPt to this Republican response . It is flawed DATA? How about we actually admit the climate is changing stop praying to our imaginary friend to fix this and do something. Like the dutch did or Venice did or any other era did come up with a real solution instead of thinking oh let's just realise a super volcanoes at least Tillerson actually thought of something. And do not five me this might be the end of days who cares. I have been hearing Christ was returning soon for 2,milliniums so I really do not expect him anytime soon. Not saying he won't show but so far he and the hosts of heaven is a no show.

In all countries, academies of science accept manmade climate change because of strong evidences worldwide. Politifact rated true the claim about 90+% consensus among climate scientists. Since so few climate scientists deny climate change, "non-experts" such as politicians and lawyers are paid by fossil fuel industry to deny the truth. Whereas scientists volunteer research to United Nations for peer review.

Ok do you understand why oil industry fights so hard to block this? Because if they are found guilty of this then all the citizens effected by climate change will have the right to sue oil for the damages easily bankrupting these global companies. Those deep pockets are in jeopardy of complete liquidation of massive assets. They won't stop citing weather patterns over the last 10,000 years. Were natural warming and cooling occurred so we must move past this to addressing the effects and feasible infrastructure to protect the most vulnerable areas first. The debate is over it is happening and with the acceleration of the methane trapped at the polls it is accelerating. We must start either relocating the populations to be effected or protecting them. Not sure if it is possible in USA but areas around the world are beginning to start planning at least dealing with a cost feasibility study. USA justs is not going to be leading here.

This is true ..but theUnited Nations
Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change have been known to leave out a great deal peer-reviewed
science that it found inconveniently disagreeable....

I'm in total agreement with you. I don't really care if people believe or don't believe in climate change at this point. But I tell you what ... sea levels are rising and will mostly likely affect our children more than us. I will not be holding onto any real estate assets in "compromised" areas for my kin after I die. Many children and grandchildren are gunna be pissed that their grandpas couldn't make a reasonable risk assessment when they had time and knowledge to do so.

I'm not sure you can control it either. Maybe you can ... maybe you can't. I'm just not willing to let my money ride in high risk areas (rising sea levels) when it comes to long-term real estate investments for my family when I'm long gone. I don't know much about Florida but Galveston is an absolute no brainer ... "don't even think about it" type areas I would never consider. I just can't take that risk for my loved ones but if it's your money ... by all means go for it.
