So much of politics is about the " likability " of a candidate,  regardless of how good their policies were/ are for the country.   Trump fits that mold.  Lots of people hate his personality,  runs them the wrong way, and yet these same  people will decry his lowering of their taxes.. go figure.

At the opposite end of the spectrum you have O'bama.   The perceived "cool" and " hip" president that people liked his personality ( not me) , but was a big government president that means less freedoms for individuals,  and his lying that " you can keep your doctor", and " premiums will be less".  The guy was such a loser, yet people were mesmerized by his personality IMHO.

  Judge rules Donald Trump defrauded banks, insurers while building real estate empire

NEW YORK (AP) —
A judge ruled Tuesday that Donald Trump committed fraud for years while building the real estate empire that catapulted him to fame and the White House, and he ordered some of the former president's companies removed from his control and dissolved.

Judge Arthur Engoron, ruling in a civil lawsuit brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James, found that Trump and his company deceived banks, insurers and others by massively overvaluing his assets and exaggerating his net worth on paperwork used in making deals and securing loans.

by three times its size, resulting in an overvaluation of
between $114 million to $207 million, Engoron wrote.

only be considered fraud,” Engoron wrote.

The " good medias"  you referred to are another arm of the Democrat Party, so of course they're going to do their bidding and paint Republicans as the bad guys..

 Well that is typical.  But I predict that at some point in our lifetime some of "those" (currently part of the DARK side of the Force) will eventually join the respectable and credible side of the Force which already include NBC, USA Today, CNN, Yahoo News, The HILL, ABC, AP and many others good media.

It won't be anytime soon though so don't hold your breath.

Trump’s comments underscored a central question surrounding the former president's effort to return to the White House and the gullible MAGA dummies who want fascism to succeed over democracy.

Fascism, huh ??  Well, enforcing the rule of law would be a positive step,  and fully prosecuting these ' hood rats that are committing these crimes would go a long way to reversing this despicable trend of increasing crime..

Legally and morally, Trump is wrong. He mistakes vengeance for justice in appalling disrespect for human life.  Under the law, deadly force can only be used to defend self or a person.  Not property.  Trump's advice would likely lead to a murder charge or lawsuit.  Since fraud is as much theft as shoplifting, what about his frauds in tax, charity, education, insurance, election and contracts?

Black lives mater and antifa are mostly peaceful civil rights movements.  Despite thousands of protests, under 4% involve property damage.  Police made arrests in 5% of protests.  Mostly low level offenses such as violating curfews and failure to disperse after most crowds went home.  Polls show most people support BLM.  In contrast, no single BLM protest is as violent as the January 6 attack on capitol condemned by most people.
