tells her podcast audience that she is “set to testify”
in Donald Trump’s *CRIMINAL* hush money trial
in New York in March.
Trump is charged with 34 felonies in the case. 
Daniels will certainly be asked on the witness stand
to revisit the details of the alleged affair with Trump
- who repeatedly denies everything.
As this is a criminal trial,
Trump will be required to be present for that testimony.

OK....some fascinating odds to share. I am not familiar with the current situations involving DJT's legal cases but I know there are some hard core never Trumper's around here that live their life 24/7 posting in here about him so I expect some good discussion on these odds (Bovada) I'm going to share. Appreciate the feedback and conversation on which are good or bad wagers at this point in time (legal process).

The initial thing that stands out is on the NO plus money odds. House rules all have the same application: "applies whether trial is cancelled or not". So if they go to trial the NO is only good if he is acquitted. Two State trials and two Fed trials.
NY State will be a "Guilty" verdict if it goes that far. I'd guess Georgia too. Fed juries though can be tricky.

Romney accuses republicans of obstructing bipartisan efforts to improve border security. Republican Tillis says it's all about politics and not having the courage to disagree with Trump. He broke immigration system and won't let anyone fix it. Huge backlogs in processing force border officials to allow more migrants to enter the US. Experts say more personnel and resources are needed to deal with overwhelmed capacity. Rather than work with democrats to solve problem, republicans want border chaos to blame democrats in election year.
