CNN and Fox News Agree: Kevin McCarthy Is Embarrassing Himself

It wasn’t just CNN that dunked on McCarthy. Over on conservative competitor Fox News, the typically GOP-friendly broadcasters couldn’t help but notice how bad it looked for the wannabe speaker of the House.

“This is I don’t want to say an unmitigated disaster for Kevin McCarthy, but it’s close,” Fox News anchor John Roberts stated.

“It’s pretty bad,” his colleague Martha MacCallum agreed.

That was when McCarthy had just lost three votes in a row!

So  next summer when the crucial vote to raise the debt ceiling comes up again

the republicans, quite obviously, will vote against it and America will default.

Our precious credit rating will fall.

If recent House debacle is any indication, potential disaster in the next 2 years.  As expected, voting more republicans mean more gridlock and chaos in government.  Obviously, they are too reckless and incompetent to govern.  At risk may be essential legislations such as government funding.  Debt default could result in financial crisis.

Disturbing that GOP committees appear to be weaponizing House against political enemies.  American enterprise institute describes them as giving Al Capone the power to investigate Eliot Ness.  The personal vendettas these committees pursue aren't a legitimate use of oversight power.  Attempts to obstruct investigations into their own criminality aren't an appropriate use of subpoena power.  Republicans are preparing divorced from reality political stunts instead of helping the US.  Apparently, GOP fails to learn from midterm elections.  Most voters aren't interested in conspiracy theories and culture wars.  Republican McConnell warns that GOP under performed because independent voters fear their chaos and negativity.
