SECOND THE CARDINALS WILL OWN THE TIME OF POSSESSION, SHOULD BE ABOUT 42 MINUTES TO 18 MINUTES.  THEY WILL FEEL THE PRESSURE TO SCORE EVERY TIME THEY TOUCH IT AND THAT IS NOT GOOD.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL.  I THINK THIS IS THE EASIEST GAME OF THE FOUR TO CALL.  WILL HAVE SOMETHING A LITTLE LATER ON THE AFTERNOON.

Arizona is 28th rushing. If the Saints strike first, it will be air ball all day. Can't see the Cards stopping them after giving up 45 @ home last week. Boldin looks like he's out again. Doucet will see lots of tosses today. Should be another high scoring affair but over 57?

Last week I told you young punks to take Arizona as the home dog. Now they get to travel to New Orleans and are getting 7. Too good to be true right? Saints in a blowout folks Brees is going to demolish the Cardinals secondary.

HAHA  i see those books w/ saints -17  finally came down...one book is N.O. -5!! I think cards win this game but if saints do win, it wont be by more than 3 pts...

4 quarters of battle in the SUPER DOME. On the Gold and black corner are the Boondock Saints. In the red corner are the Almost gone Cardinals. Lets NOT keep this clean and get it dirty. Come out with your hands up and Vue, get your thumb out of your butt cause this is all in fun Big Red.

So I'm leaning towards the UNDER on this game for a few reasons.  Firstly, if you look at the combined totals for both teams this season, you'll see that in 35 games, the number hit over 57 on only 8 occasions.

And while it does seem, match-up wise as thought it could easily happen today, you have to remember that last weeks shoot-out really was the result of the perfect storm of events, including the ridiculous number of pass-interference flags that were thrown, and a hell of a lot of truly amazing catches that were made.

I also happen to think for some reason that both teams will be able to run the ball today because they both can and neither run defense is all that great.  You'd also have to imagine that part of the Arizona game plan is to keep the ball away from Brees for as long as possible.  Plus, the Cards are 7-1 this year when Beanie rushes for just 50+ yards.  If either, or both teams are able to control the ball at all in this game and put some sustained drives together, 57 becomes a pretty high number.

I also think we'll see some turnovers in this game as the return of the Saints high risk big play defense happens, and don't forget the Cardinals have some guys on their side (Cromartie) who can do that as well.

And the Cardinals, at times, have been turnover prone on the road this year anyway.

While that spread is a little tricky based on the Cardinals ability to sack up in the playoffs during the Wiz's run as coach, I do feel pretty strongly that New Orleans is going to go ahead and win this game.

I agree with those who feel that the New Orleans team that went 13-0 has suddenly just disappeared.  The Cowboys beat 'em straight up the way they have a number of other teams with their defense and Tampa played much better football down the stretch.  Plus, division games are always tricky and honestly, you think the Saints really cared about whether they won that one?  Probably not.  They probably had to be thinking about the playoffs coming up at that point.

My only worry, if I were taking the points, would be that the Saints could actually win this one going away.  Don't forget, that extra week to prep., plus the rest they got which they sorely needed have to be factored in here.

I think the Cardinals will be ready and the short turnaround doesn't mean much for them physically, but it certainly could in terms of prep time strategically.

Again, it could be a close one and I'm not sure, so, I'm probably going Saints money line today, and that UNDER.
