Went 3-1 Wild Card weekend. Would have been 4-0 if i didn't make a last second switch to the Packers aka the Chokers! Anyways...
With two powerful offenses going against each other in New Orleans, we better hope the Super Dome doesn't get swept away like a hurricane! Keep an eye the Cardinals luck they have been having the last 2 seasons. As for the Saints, you have to ask yourself which team will show up.. the undefeated Saints or the Saints that lost 3 in a row to teams with no souls (minus the Cowboys).... Will be back later this week.
To be continued....

I would have to admit that as a die hard Saints fan for the last 8 years or so, my Saints have not performed to their top potential in the last 5 games. A franchise very capable of winning at least 3 Super bowls in a decade, has been questioned by those who do not have the facts, and quite honestly, if you are not in the locker room, you won't have all the proper information needed to make a good judgement at all.
I believe that this franchise could be victorious if what is being said is true. I've heard just about every type of roomers or facts possible and my gut feeling tells me that the last 3 games were played at about 65% of its full force both offense and defense. They have had enough rest and time to heal if needed. I know for a fact that they have been Practicing on a regular basis and everyone including those that have not played in the last five games. If there is a prop line to bet if the saints make it through the playoffs, it would be a significant bet by me.
Saints is against a team they have beaten their last two head to head meetings and 7/10 over all. Both these teams are capable of scoring but I don't see the cards keeping this one close. They will be man handled on both sides of the ball. Saints win by 17-20 points.

Az, like the old SF teams, benefits from a weak division and home field. In NO, with Brees, methinks a wipeout is possible. But the numbers suggest a close game, with a slight edge to NO. As for the over, who's going to take the under????? But why risk what will be a big number?

Arizona(apparently hiding in the weeds since lighting up the Vikings)just absolutely torched the NFL's #2 Defense.
NO's defense not even in the same league(Card's D #'s better overall)6-2 home team (backing up) vs 6-2 road team playoff experienced.Furthermore Saints lose starting DE Grant.
Here comes Kurt - Greg Williams what's the plan ?
Saints .426 - Strength of Schedule
Saints fans starting to get that sinking feeling.
The Card's and the Boys - NFC Championship at Jerrry's place

Only one play here the over the over the over! Really who want's to be the one rooting for no scoring in this gm you would be thrown out of every sports bar in America. NO should have better DEF but you couldn't tell as of late Ariz non existent. The injuries definentely concern me on NO there just flat out banged up playing on one of the worst turf's voted on in the NFL. Disregard all stats this is a showdown that includes gunslingers who ever has the ball last should win unless your GB and dish it to to the other team.Remember the playoff record of the Saints will they get monkey off the back? willing to play this over up to 60. AS far as outcome of game Ariz 51 NO 49 Bring on the other old man Favre for old school rematch NFC championship Ariz/Vikings

Pretty dissappointed in the GB loss. 80% of the public on GB and Vegas bought Cards.. still can't believe that many penalty on GB when it wasn't neccessary, even the face mask at the end on the QB wasn't called. I got the Over on this so I'm satisfied. That was a good fight though. GB or Cards would have win Saints from a running game. Since GB's loss, I'm picking the Cards to win it with the running game.
On a side note: All the team went Over their total points. This wk I'm staying away from it and would rather bet on spread. GL!

Don't see this game coming in Under but stranger things have happend. Saints big time banged up, I'll stick with the under here.
The under is clearly the bet here. 'Zona +7 is also very enticing here. Cards play much better defense, whereas the Saint's "D" was virtually non existant in the second half of season. Was duly impressed with Warner & company against a team that should have brought their "D". How the hell did I know 96 points would be scored! Glad I play the over. Saints might win here, but not by 7. Sometimes it's good to be lucky, even if you think you've got the answers!

I am very surprised to see this open at 7, after the way AZ played. I agree and think it will be an old nfc east rematch of az/boys for all the marbles in the nfc. Saints peaked to early, they will put up one hell of a fight, but I think the difference here will be BEANIE WELLS and the run game!

And I love the way Wiz played his power football on the goaline putting Docket and Watson as lead blockers! NOBODY will stop those two blockers with only a yard or two to go!

wWhat up bkg1010?
I agree on the stranger things happening. As far as the Saints being banged up, aren't all the teams banged up by now? Even if they are banged up, they have been resting and recooping the starters and main players for the past 5 weeks. They also just came off of the bye week. As far as their defense against the rushing game, I've got a feling that they have been focused on the rush during the practices. Sharper, Porter, Shockey will all be playing. Vilma from what i've heard is also in the starting line up.
56 points is a lot especially when the Saints have been scoring less than 20 in the last 3 games, but dont forget that is wha they do best esp[ecially at home with everyone and their mothers screaming their heads off. If anyone is going to have a hard time to score, it will Arizona. Statistics show that teams coming off a bye week and playing at home will play harder and score about 30% - 40% better than their last games.
Good Luck To All. (808alldayindawhodatnation)

I think the only way AZ has a chance of even keeping it within the 7 is if it goes OVER!!!
My early lean is to NO -7 and the Under... They have had far too long to prepare, and Far too long to contemplate the end to their season.
After the loss to the Cowboys they pretty much shut it down... they coasted through the TBAY game showing their usual dominance... And should have won that game too... If it wasn't for a punt return late in the 4th that forced OT... coin flip...
They didn't even start Brees in the last game of the year... They are one of the two most rested teams (Colts).
I have a hard time believing for one second that a team that started out 13-0... a VERY DOMINANT 13-0... is going to lose 3 striaght games thatthey put their all into...
They almost came back against the Cowboys... a game they didn't show up for until the second half
They shoulda beat up on the Bucs... At least won the game... Special teams and OT got the best of 'em... but not a huge loss considering the Vikings weren't gonna catch them for first place, and the 16-0 was already outta the question
They rested key players during the loss against the Panthers week 17, and let's not forget rested EVERYONE last week while the Cardinals not only played everyone... they played the shit and guts outta everyone... Extra time too
Then on a short week after a 12 round fight... they must travel to the SUPERDOME... Let's not overlook the fact that the Cards had a better road record this year than at home, and I am not for one second going to think that Arizona cannot put up points.... But if Green Bay can put up 78 points over two weeks vs. Arizona....
What can Brees and his offense do?
It will probably be a shootout... early leans to NO -7 and Over 56.5
BOLA
Checkin back later this week

Saints in a blowout! The most under the radar team in th 09-10 playoffs closed the season with a couple of losses so everybody jumps off the wagon. They were trying to run the table ran out of gas and then simply put it on cruise control. ARIZONA gave up 45 at home and played a shootout into sunday night now have to restart the engine on a SHORT WEEK and play at New Orleans who have a great leader in D. Brees. Arizona has very little chance as this team has been bipolar all year. Do not expect N. Orleans to sit back and let Warner pick them apart like the pack did...expect warner to hit the deck a couple of times at not play Qb like he's in a friggin video game. I have watched many arizona games and trust me 3 or 4 turnovers is not out of the question this saturday...But once again most people bet what they see last week...thats a no no...Saints 38 Arizona 17. Don't know where your information comes from, but I have followed the Saints all year long, they (except for 1 D lineman) are ALL HEALTHY, no nicks, dings, or bumps!!! You thinking of when 3 out of 4 d-backs were out, or when 2-3 backers were out, and 2 running backs and 2 TE's, but they are ALL healthy!!! You will see! The 13-0 team shows UP and plucks the cards!!!
