I was just thinking, what are the odds that pats fans get revenge 2 games in a row by beating the ravens then beating the g-men. Probably slim odds on that one.

NE should win this one easy.  NE has pretty decent O-line to protect Brady who can throw well to decent receivers.  Baltimore is predictable and repetitive on road and on Playoffs.. They got slaughtered on 2nd game of playoffs and this will repeat this year.  Also, look at Flacco and company record for road games this year.  I was on them at -7 and broke even last week and at the end of the game, I decided to bet against them this week.  Will buy NE -6.5 if I had to but NE should win at least a TD.

How many of the Patriots wins were against teams with a winning record this year?

    anybody?

1, last week, vs. the Broncos and Tim Tebow...... and that's giving Tom and Bill a bye week to prep

Ravens are the hardest competition the Patriots have face this year.....

Ravens beat the Steelers twice and Pats lost to the Steelers.....

NE defense will be exposed with the Ravens run game.... Flacco will play well enough to win the game....

Texans defense is very very underrated and if Ray Lewis and Ed Reed don't drop those 2 interceptions that game wouldn't have been close last week.....

    Baltimore Moneyline....

This defense has a great feel for the Patriot Offense.....

    Good Luck To ALL!

The Pats only played 4 games against playoff teams and lost two of them, one to the Steelers, one to the Giants, and they beat Denver twice.

There are several keys to beating New England, one is to put pressure on Brady. Another is to throw long passes to test their weak secondary. Flacco has the arm strength to do that. And of course the other is to run the ball and keep Brady off the field. The Ravens can do all of that.

I could not agree with this cap more....

Dr. I know you understand but for those who don't---Brady will outplay-outpass and even outpiss Flaco any day of the week. Balty's tired defense is going to exhaust itself trying to figure out that two headed beast of Brady and Bellicheck. Ray Rice is Balty's only hope of getting near the redzone.   As I said Flaco vs. Brady and that's that.                         PATS AND OVER LARGE

Interesting trend heard on ESPN today...  Teams scoring 38+ points in a playoff game are 4-20 ATS in their next game.  (for past 10 years).  This is due to the line reflecting the previous week blow out.

    • First rookie quarterback to start all sixteen games and make the playoffs (along with Matt Ryan)
    • First rookie quarterback to win two playoff games
    • Most starts by a quarterback in first season: 19
    • Most starts by a quarterback in first two seasons: 37
    • Most starts by a quarterback in first three seasons: 55
    • Most wins by a quarterback in first 60 consecutive starts: 40
    • First quarterback to start and win a playoff game in each of his first three seasons - ** Now 4 thanks to the Texans last week
    • Most combined regular and postseason wins in first three years as a quarterback: 36 (tied with Dan Marino)
    • Most playoff road wins: 4 (tied with Len Dawson, Roger Staubach, Jake Delhomme, and Mark Sanchez)

Thanks for posting this.... I didn't understnad why some are saying flacco sucks.... guy has a rocket arm and can make all the throws..... the game vs. Pitt was the most impressive IMO.....

another thing I don't understand is how this game is Brady vs. Flacco....

Are Brady and Flacco playing defense as well?

I thought the qbs play against the defense....

when you analyze a matchup you're not looking at the qb vs the qb

you look at the qb vs the defense

Is Flacoo good for 3 plus TD's?  Balitmore really hasn't played a team with a top QB this yr really when they did Rivers and the Chargers put it to em from what I remember and I see the same kinda game here Brady and NE will put up points and they will find the end zone just like they do every other week.  I just don't see Baltimore being able to keep the pace if NE is allowed to play there game.  Some1's gonna have to get to Brady early and often to slow him down.  If Baltimore comes into this game thinking there def. can just knock em to the ground and OB like they did last week totally failing to wrap up on tackles NE might just blow em out.... BOL to all this weekend...Shaping up to look like the repeat of 08 NE vs NY SB....On another note I know it was against tebow and Denver but if NE comes out playing the Def. they played lat week Baltimore maybe in more trouble then ya think!
