Don't worry my friend the season is still fresh. Anyone who can tell me that they had a great Saturday I will give props to them where credit is due. Cause by what I seen posted on here not too many had one.

Keep your head up my friend you'll get it back. Just let me gather better and more stats as the season goes along cause it's too early to configure it out right now but once that's taken care of we will all get back on track.

FYI my stats has Pitt on this strong but like I said too early to get a proper read on this, but that's why I'm on it at the half and final.

Yessir, Ive only owned my vanguard stock funds for about 6 months, but my investment horizon is about 25-30 years, so I am actually thinking of buying some more, what better time than now? I'm down 17.5% since I started, but in 30 years my funds should allow me to retire with over a mil, no joke this stock stuff is the way go.

As for the short term investments - I will glady take the Ravens and 6 points in what I see as a defensive battle with both offensives struggling mightly.

It would be enough to break a lot of people. I'm a glass half full guy and don't worry about it too much. It's bound to come back, just like my wagering. Just tough to sit and watch it .

Tonight: OVER.  2 very tough defensive teams leads to points being scored.  I know it is counter to what makes sense and I have ZERO stats to back it up...so don't yell it me.  I just see it happen a lot.  Some one should be able to find the trends on o/u of 33.5 or less?

 

Also like Pittsburg at home against the new QB.  Ravens score twice: once on D and once on O.  Pitts burg 21-24.

SELL! SELL! SELL!  Get out now!!!  Or 6 months ago like me.   Remeber last week after the market dropped and many people said it will get worse before it will get better.  They were right, they are right and they will be right.   Get out of any broad based mutual fund even if it is consumer staples etc, Again, remember last week when your advisor said this is the worst time to get out?  Umm obviously not...today would be the worst time to get out...maybe tomorrow, but not last week. 

You have two options (3 if you count sports betting): Take that money and store it in a CD (better to lose 3% to inflation over one year than to lose 10% in one day!!! (see today)!!!  Or go into daytrading..at least there you can isolate yourself to a single industry that you may deem to be safer than others.  The fact is introducing 700B into the economy will undoubtedly ruin the value of the dollar and raise inflation...so we are all fucked no matter what we do.
