Sorry about that last post, I know this is nt a fan site, but I am pumped up for what will be the hardest hitting game of the weekend, with all due respect to NYG/ Philly and Pitt.
Like I said earlier Balt/ Tenn shoulkd come down to 1 bounce of the ball.   The other games on the bounce system:
Arizona +4 good bounces.
Philly  +2 bounces
SD      +3 bounces........lol.

I do think AZ will be able to throw on Carolina, like there last match up (and like Antonio Bryant did a few weeks back on MNF). Also they should run the ball a little better than they did in the first match up(they had only one healthy TE in that game) ALSO even tho they ran only 14 times or so, they controlled the ball thru the passing game- led  slightly in time of poss. I don't think the Cards can win, but they do match up a little better than some think.
Prediction: CAR 28   AZ 21.
HOWEVER- I would not be shocked if a few AZ (Warner) miscues led to a Car blowout win. As i said earlier I think Car even fits nicely into a tease.

Carlina beat Tampa by 15, 38-23....a similiar score to what I predicted in the Carolina/AZ thread. 38-20.

Touche Fpronk, but I think you ll agree that Warner/ Fitzgerald/Boldin? is more formidable than Garcia/Bryant, and that the game (mnf vs. the Bucs) was in the balance into the 4th quarter.
Again not really disagreeing with you just giving Cards Backers something to hang there hat on, and Panther fans something to think about....

Love the 75% Ed Reed comment from PSTAR, i just don't expect Collins to throw ducks like Pennington did (unless Mawae's fill-in can't hack the pass rush).  Thanks for the constructive (OR NOT- very nice boludo) laughs from some of you, the detail i forgot on the media is that the Colts got totally jobbed by the media 2 years ago, as everyone said their defense sucked and Larry Johnson would run all over them, and i think he got like 12 yards rushing in the wildcard game, and the Colts won the Super Bowl.  No arguments the Titans got lots of media at 10-0, but suddenly they dropped off the planet, including their Week 16 victory over Pitt and anything since.
 
The NFL is like going to Disneyworld, it is a show put on very elaborately with intent to entertain, and make a few bucks at the same time.  I realize a lot of you will argue that, and that is cool, i'm just trying to go with the spirit of this forum - to share information and help us all beat THE MAN.  Explains why people love to find out the referee before the Super Bowl to figure out officiating tendencies, and also why a baseball ump like John Hirshcbeck with a big strike zone tends to facilitate "under" plays.
 
One last thing - i was on the Colts/Under parlay versus the Bears, and yes, i puked when Devon Hester ran the opening TD back for 6, but does anybody remember Indy having a late drive stall with questionably penalty, that pushed them out of FG range and kept the total "under", since everybody loves Favorite/Over?  No, i didn't think so.  Continued gl to everyone, even my biggest fan boludo.
 
Good luck also to the Chargers now, i was on the fence, but with Jackson getting arrested, doesn't bode well.  Like Barret Robins going AWOL before the Oak/TB Super Bowl or one of the Falcons getting picked up for solicitation before the Denver Super Bowl.

90% is covered by water but who's counting. If you think Collins is going to beat the Ravens you better wake up. If the Titans can't run, and most teams can't against the Ravens, they are in trouble. Ravens D doesn't just tackle people, they punish them. Johnson's speed and quickness is the only thing the Ravens have to worry about as White is just to fat. Under is probably the way to go however the Ravens D averages almost 2 picks a game and could lead to some easy scores. Flacco lets the D do the work for him and didn't look shaky at all in Miami. Ravens O-line is also as good as the Titans D-line.

This reminds me of that Pitt/Tenn game a few weeks back and everybody was on Pitt (including myself). Correct me if im wrong but wasnt the Steelers D leading in almost every defensive category? The Titans O looked pretty adequate there. A week off, home field, the public on Balti. -3 Titans for me.

Bye teams usually come out strong.  Tans are good, beat Steelers at home a few weeks ago no problem as I predicted they would.
Titans have a good D that can score points also.
Fisher will have a good plan for this game as he always does and he has 2 weeks to prepare.  They have the Miami film to watch.
Titans should go to Superbowl IMO

Baltimore +3 is the play for me. 

Ravens physically dominated the first matchup between these 2 teams.  The Titans won and got the cover thanks to a bs roughing the qb call and another timely 12 men on the field on their last drive of the game.  Tennesse did not record one sack in that game.  Baltimore finished the season on a 10-2 streak.  Tennesse finished 3-3.  But their so well rested.  On contrar my friend.  Teams that rest their starters usually suck.  Especially those who rest their starters and then have a first round bye.  Look at the numbers, teams resting their starters in Week 17 are 7-6 straight up and 3-10 against the spread.

At the beginning of the season I used to joke that Falco was better in the Replacements, when he started the season with 1 td to 7 picks, but this kid seems unflappable.  And he's been even better on the road.  Tennessee could not get their run game going at all when they met, 47 yards yikes.  They also got outrushed in 2 of their last 3 games and those were against Indy and Houston.  Not exactly teams that come to mind when talking about great rush offenses or defenses.  This is a little bit crazy but I have more faith in a rookie qb from Delaware than I do Kerry Collins, who might just decide to take tequilla shots in the locker room before taking the field.

I've got one more point to make to all of you Titan backers - then maybe you'll see things my way......
You've got "lame-duck" Ex-Raider (where he played for 2 seasons and went 7-21) journeyman Kerry Collins at the helm - going up against (arguably) one of the best pass rushing defenses the NFL has seen in a long time.
I know Flacco is still technically a "rookie", but (even with the low scoring games that the Ravens have had) as of right now he's got more yards passing, a better completion percentage, and more touchdowns that Collins does - and this is a rookie!!! Not someone who's been a sub-par "journeyman" for 13 years.....
So, Titan backers - this is your guy that's going to lead you to the promised land? I just don't see it happening - I think the Titans lose this Saturday, Collins retires (after all, he is 36), and the Titans will spend the next year or two "rebuilding" around Vince Young before dumping him for a newer Longhorn in Colt McCoy!!!!
