Last week, Cincinnati found a new way to lose while Philadelphia finally found a way to win.Both teams have been disappointments, but the Eagles have no real reason to play the final 3 games of the season.Cincinnati is still in the hunt for a wild-card spot. In a game where the Philly players merely show up to get their paycheck, I have the Bengals winning & covering. Cincinnati 28-21.

A lot of posters have questioned my audacity to state the Eagles will be merely showing up "for a paycheck". Yes- granted, the Eagles played an inspired game and won against a pretty decent Buccaneers team. But that win was only only achieved after a very, very, very long winless streak. And nefore that win, there was alot of underachievement, bad coaching strategy, poor defense, and a rash of injuries. Now I'm sure that that win is relief to many and a repreive to get the proverbial "monkey off my back" situation. However, one win does not neccessarily turn the season around. I am reasonably sure, that just like the Eagles were highly motivated, the Bengals are also motivated about the prospects of making the playoffs after a long drought, of watching the postseason at home. So here we have it: the moptivated team due to job security issues or the motivated team trying to make the playoffs. There can be only one team. That team is the Bengals- with better skill and the more likely chance of executing that skill into a win. If anything, I unfortunately see a possibilty of a letdown by Philly, for finally winning one!

with that said Cin last five wins and covers SD OAK KC NYG JAC opps record is 20-45 and 12-40 if you take out NYG
What that says to me is that Cin wins and covers against bad teams...Phi is a bad team. Going with these numbers Cin -4
